The CEO indicated that positioning to get listed on a national exchange by the end of 2016 is in the works, on February 2nd, the CEO released:

"The last several years have been a roller coaster ride for management and shareholders alike, and we appreciate the patience you have shown us. We believe that the future of Provision is bright and this shareholder letter is one of the first tangible signs of our commitment to improving our shareholder communication and corporate transparency. With the introduction of our new website, which will feature updated presentations and articles with relevant information, we hope to make ourselves and our efforts more visible to investors and we will look to directly engage investors by attending industry and investor specific conferences to get our rapidly evolving story out there. Over the past twelve months we invested in bringing the company current in all of its required filings. One of the reasons for this is that we would like to work towards listing shares of Provision on a national securities exchange in 2016, as we believe this will allow our story to reach a broader investor base; allowing our fundamental growth to gain traction with increasingly larger investors."

I would have to believe this is NASDAQ, AMEX, or NYSE

Dude, if you are going to knock something, at least take 2 minutes to read up on what the company is offering and how it's technology works rather than beating your chest loudly proclaiming "I am stupid and proud of my ignorance". You remind me of someone who was in a room and overheard some buzz words, then wrote up a resume claiming to be an expert. Here's news for you, even a trained monkey could do a better job at writing something up negative than you could ever hope to aspire to.

Actually, we are expecting you to get off your #$%$ and spend your money, time, resources to go do this, then we can be on the lazy side and communicate our expectation that we are impatient while we are expecting you to deliver to us, exactly how long have you been so rude to keep us waiting.!!!! We geniuses have been wondering exactly how soon a dim witted person such as yourself could finally put 2 and 2 together, its like we have been flipping the calendar - month after month after month - geez, I dont know what is more painful to watch, paint dry or for you to get a clue.

You question is based on what part of your Due Diligence that you performed?

  • skeetz1234 skeetz1234 Apr 11, 2016 11:07 AM Flag

Company generated $3.818M in 2015 - what part of that are your clueless about? How does a company go from reporting $74K in 2014 to generating $3.838M that you don't understand? 1Q16 quarterly report could dwarf what the company made in all of 2015. What part of that that you understand?

  • Here's the revenue numbers from 2011 forward, what part dont you understand? Not rocket science to know which direction this is headed, and it aint down

    2011 - $ 326,572
    2012 - $ 175,287
    2013 - $ 53,049
    2014 - $ 74,000
    1Q15 - $ 172,000
    2Q15 - $ 274,000
    3Q15 - $ 1,170,000
    4Q15 - $ 2,202,000

The company is now generating revenue, doesnt mean that past debt is surrendered, but debt will get surrendered or restructured as more units are deployed and generating revenue. You dont even have to be overly skilled or experienced to look at the revenue reported, based on revenue reported, up thru the end of 2014, the annual revenue was heading down, one might even question how the company could even survive, but then you look at starting in 2015, what changed? Deployments are generating revenue and is increasing on a quarter by quarter basis.

    2011 - $ 326,572
    2012 - $ 175,287
    2013 - $ 53,049
    2014 - $ 74,000
    1Q15 - $ 172,000
    2Q15 - $ 274,000
    3Q15 - $ 1,170,000
    4Q15 - $ 2,202,000

The company may still have debt, but revenue is increasing. Again, you dont have to be overly bright to look at these numbers and raise an eyebrow, whats going on? Money coming in. Its the 1Q16 numbers, if those increase proportionately, steady increase, if the numbers are more than 100% over 4Q15, buy and hang on for the ride up.

You obviously don't value the most valuable commodity that you have and that is your time. Foolishly spending the limited quantity that was given to you on nonsense, foolishness, and idiocy. No one really cares that you don't have a stake here. Maybe you are inept at making money but don't feel that anyone cares about your negativity. You have nothing of value and apparently any life experiences that could be a take away for anyone else. I rather listen to someone bragging about making a huge killing on a trade, having an ever growing pile of cash they are accumulating. Even better, sharing something about that no matter what you did you got timing wrong on entry points. But as such, you gave no value and putting you on ignore. I'll have a grin when I do that to, transparency or invisibility, is there any real difference? Get a life.

There is always 20-20 hindsight that provide one with the opportunity to ask themselves "What did I miss?" If the next quarterly report indicates revenue at being greater than 100% over the previous quarter, that will be 5 straight quarters of increasing significant revenue growth from 4Q14, that will be a significant catalyst for movement upwards especially if the CEO indicates a revenue increase greater than 1Q16, it will be hard not to have high visibility going forward. Reporting for April and May at this point bear very close watching.

You are correct in one respect, the number of potential ways to leverage this technology, depending on the number of ways the optics could be packaged, the possibilities could be mind boggling.

Here is my logic with MSFT. It pays .36/share on a quarterly dividend, buy 1000 shares, make $360 every three months. Once I asked myself does MSFT have a daily swing where .36/share could be snagged at least once per day then on an average of a 20 day trading month, that would be $7200/month. If I am averaging the equivalent of 6 quarterly dividends for each 1K lots I trade, over a course of a month, for 1K shares, that comes out to roughly holding 1K shares for 120 quarters. Divide that number by 4 to get years, the equivalent payoff, at least for March would roughly equal holding 1K shares for 30 years, assuming the dividend of .36/share doesn't change. I can trade up to 8 1K lots without tapping in to my deserve cash, but I realize if I get too aggressive, I start to do stupid things.

No, I am using it on MSFT. It has taken along time to get to this point, and finally cranked it up for March. The daily profit target I set at $1750 per day, some days greatly exceeded that, average per day for the first month was almost $2300 per day. Profit spread I started out with was .36/share for profits, later increased to .50/share. When I did my taxes for 2014, told my tax guy that was going to target $35K per month, he kinda smirked and said something to the effect "Yeah Right". This year for 2015 taxes, he asked "So hows that thing working out that you said you were going to make some money on?". I brought along the numbers, he looked at them, then he looked up at me and said one word "WOW". Just the first month, needs to have a minimum of 3 to 6 months under my belt with this. So far so good.

Take a look at the last 4 quarterly reports where revenue is being reported, once your brain cells get clued into that, then dive into what the company does, the branding expansion by the company, and of particular importance, what the CEO is saying and what types of products they will be concentrating on. If you don't come to the same conclusion that this company is what is referred to as a first mover, then perhaps you should mosey along. If you decide to stay Mr. Moneybags, you just might want to pick up a 100K shares and enjoy the ride up. As for me, looking for the dips to add. But make sure you perform your own DD. This is just me, I think PVHO is going to test the all time high of $1.80 before the end of the year. If the CEO does get PVHO off OTCBB and listed on a national exchange like AMEX, NASDAQ, or NYSE, this is going to be heading north of $1.80. The CEO mentioned this in something recent. So make up your own mind Mr. Moneybags, and go in peace. Lastly, I am already up over $45K+ on my entry points, don't plan to trade this particular one probably next year or if the trading volume picks up more.

I don't think so either, depends on the timing when the CEO thinks he can get PVHO listed on a national stock exchange, that would most likely be NASDAQ, but Amex and NYSE are reasonable as well. There are many prerequisites that need to be met to be listed on these exchanges, suffice it to say that the stock price will be significantly higher if it gets listed, who knows perhaps $1.80 may be a tad conservative.

Think we are going to see the high of $1.80/share before the end of the year, that is just my opinion.

This isnt something that you want to speculate on, this is just my opinion. This is going to be taking off in a big way, the .29 was just breached today, you are going to find out that .29 will shortly become support.
