    KO Revenue & Profits Decline

    by hyperinflationhyenas Oct 21, 2014 8:58 AM

these companies are both toast...one in a declining market with soft beverage sales plummeting in the US (which will be followed by plummeting sales even in emerging markets as people find out the #$%$ that soft drinks really are), and the other trading as sky high bubble valuation levels due to a clear "FAD". I have ZERO doubt gmcr will trade at $40-50 at some point within the next few years once the fad dies and investors realize that they've been taken from behind by the SELL side analysts that have been creating these "multi year growth cycle" pipe dreams for gmcr...get that lube ready if you're long this bubble, because it will be hard and painful very soon....

welcome to the board newbie...time to learn more about frauds...and how they issue fake financials to the smart ones like yourself...so you can load up on this scam and dream of a white Christmas, aka "buybacks" and "dividends"...these scam artists most likely don't have any real cash, that's the problem with your idea lol. Anyway, keep doing your dd, you're on the right track...

look at the estimates man....even if they do well with this quarter's numbers, next quarter estimates are way too aggressive. They're gonna guide lower for next Q and the stock will get crushed. I would be very surprised if this scenario does not unfold.

this is a worthless scam with no assets and deteriorating operations...it will be ending up next year where it belongs, in the gutter...might as well write this nonsense off as a tax loss...any lawyers out there willing to take a crack at the incompetent #$%$ running this freak show????

today's movement is NOTHING but just a one day's movement and means NOTHING...when they keep releasing losses quarter after quarter will the market finally realize how RIDICULOUS this valuation is and reprice this equity...perhaps IF they can keep growing at 80% (revenue) then in about 3-4 years this price can be justified, but at this juncture it is completely out of whack. You can call me whatever you want, but I've been a financial pro for many years and have a very thorough understanding of what I'm talking about.

completely agree...the company is worth $15 BILLION with $700 million in revenue, negative cash flow and negative earnings...at some point, things become rational, and at this price this is completely irrational...as we see with NFLX right now, a slowdown of revenue growth gets these overvalued/over-hyped names pounded into the ground...it is coming here for sure as well...

yea right...these clowns will just start another scam, lure poor unsuspecting investors in, and make their 300k salaries and sell millions $ worth of worthless stock...and then retire with blow and #$%$ in the Bahamas somewhere...that's how it is done...like I said, reality of capitalism...how does it feel to be "owned"???? And they say there's no more slavery in the US....what a joke....

oh yea and, btw, after the reverse split this junk will be down back to $0.05/....and you will be down 99% on this position...it will NEVER come back for you to make any money here, you will likely carry a loss until they go belly up...which won't take long anyway, actually. Like I said, I suspect next year they will liquidate the Company and close their doors. Looks like business is simply going under for these guys. Sad reality of capitalism, I guess.

  • The real damage will come when they release the so-called "earnings", or lack thereof in case of P. Let's patiently wait for the party, while they're trying to keep it afloat as the market continues to crumble. Cheers!

what are these people smoking?? A huge loss, big drop in revenue...they will NOT be ebitda positive anytime soon...

  • skiselev81 by skiselev81 Oct 14, 2014 6:54 PM Flag

This is a dead company...just save whatever you can and get out. The company wont exist this time next year. Sad, but fully deserved end to the charade. The numbers are absolutely ridiculous and show that the management team has absolutely no clue as to how a company should be run. Time for them to go into permanent retirement...unbelievable disaster!!!!

I thought you meant 300% upwards from current prices, my mistake. That would be an absurd assumption. The point is, then, if 300% has been made, time for a huge retracement from these levels. This level is simply not sustainable. Both on fundamental and technical levels.

oh yea 300% based on what?? Your wishful thinking? How about -70% over that time frame? Does that sound like a plan? Better start pushing that retirement back to 80 lol, cuz its def comin' if you "invest" in stocks trading at peak multiples with peak earnings. You'll soon learn what that means lol.

why i am getting thumbs down on my post? Which makes total logical sense...markets in breakdown mode, the chart on this thing is atrocious, and fundamentals are not helping...very ugly picture for the short term overall...

    Price target

although there is tremendous institutional support to this non-sense, this is getting close to imploding. My friends that use the free service are telling me that the ad load has recently gone up significantly, and that they're now trying out other services, which seem to have less ads than P now. If we see negative user growth this quarter, the stock will instantly trade in the mid teens...I think the chances of that are very strong, as the Company is becoming desperate based on them increasing their ad load....sad, but the end is coming closer and closer....these so-called "targets" by so-called "analysts" are just nothing but pure BS, aka dirty sales pitch. I used to be one of these sell-side "analysts", so I know how dirty the game is. It's nothing more than a glorified sales job.
