every dog has it's day. Let the pump job continue, the further they push it, the harder it will fall. Nothing new here. Btw, one more "buy-out" suitor gone in GOOG lol....

do you even have any idea about how ridiculously overvalued this company is??? This stock should be trading at $5 MAX yet pumpers like you pushed this into a hardcore bubble territory. And then on top of that, you're trying to lure other people into this bubble??? Watch and learn how fundamentals catch up with reality, as it always does over the long run. This will be in the teens soon.

Yes, the best is yet to come, aka price per share below $10. No active user growth? Wait until growth goes NEGATIVE as they begin to lose customers due to NO differentiation between them and everyone else in the "sector". RPM's will turn negative and so will the revenue. At the same time costs will keep increasing as the royalty rate structure is upward sloping!!! The best is yet to come indeed, keep loading up on those shorts!!!! This is one of the easiest short opportunities I have even seen in my 15 years of market experience (as a former equity research analyst and co-PM at a fund).

the fact that people like you are expecting a "beat", it tells me that a beat is already priced into this $1 (intrinsic value) stock. If they "beat" the artificially low-balled estimates by these so-called "analysts" (aka dirty stock salesmen), the stock may see a very slight rebound due to people that do not understand fundamental financial analysis and valuation buying the "beat". However, IF they come in-line or miss these ridiculously low estimates, the stock will be at $15 the next day. Nice risk/reward dynamic for those holding this junk on the long side roflmao!!!!!

Thanks, I will stay short this non-sense indeed. Target $5 in a year. Good luck.

  • should get it to $175 or so pre-split....I imagine before everything collapses this thing may even get to $500? Or a $1000? I am short here since I know for a fact this nonsense is worth no more than $20-30 per share, however, in a market like we had back in 1999 no one seems to care...analysts, that should be banned from public tv/media appearances btw, have a clear conflict of interest since their paycheck is fully 100% dependent on how much of the stock that they cover their sales team can sell...so of course, they create novellas of grandiose growth for any of these bubble companies and have the nerve to discuss what the business will be worth in 10 years lol??? They cant even tell me what will happen in 2 days, that's the funny thing. But none of this matters, only thing that matters is that there's a ton of liquidity from the Fed printing that is by some mechanism finding its way directly into the hands of large mutual fund companies, like Fidelity and Vanguard...since these guys have to have their holdings in stocks, they buy the most liquid positions, no matter how overvalued they are. On top of that, by doing that, they create artificial short squeezes for the retail people that get trapped as this is clearly an "easy short" lol. Amazing...US is about to fall apart in a few years because the system is exceptionally flawed and promotes nothing but greed...a very unfortunate end of an empire is about to unfold in front of us...

This is a 100% short at any level above $10. Gets tricky below that level. I am an astute investor and trader for a long time now, hence would never recommend shorting FB as it has a huge competitive advantage and large opportunity to grab more advertising dollar share over the coming years. Longer-term, I do think it is also a zombie company, but it will not go away for quite a while P is a completely different situation. Growth is all about done, competition is heating up (with NO barriers to entry, MUCH more powerful competitors out there just warming up and flexing their muscles, just wait till they go in for the kill, and no competitive advantage in an almost commoditized market aka streaming internet radio). Tremendous differences between P, as well as it's incredible valuation which is bound to crumble, and FB. I am sorry if you don't see the tremendous difference between the two, good luck to you. Oh, and did I mention how much the insiders love their own Company? They are really showing it, I see them buying a ton of their own stock in the open market LOL!!!!

Thanks, i will take my chances on that there can not be idiots THIS bad out there at the executive level to buy something for $50 that is actually worth $5. I have seen very strange things happen, but corporate desperation to show "growth" simply cant reach such ludicrous levels. you will see below $20 shortly btw, and the confirmation of that is the words you use, such as "never". Only rookie traders use such nonsensical words when talking about the market or especially individual stocks. Good luck though, like I said. I've been in the market for many years, and have worked for numerous funds before, so i know the risk/reward is VERY heavily skewed to the risk here. Realistically, I would put chances of a takeout at 1-2%, while chances of going into the teens in a few quarters at 50-60%. We'll see which way it goes. For now, enjoy the Fed pump job, as they're pouring capital DIRECTLY into bonds and stocks to keep these absolutely ridiculous 1999 valuations going forward. We've seen this game before (1999, 2007...and now 2014)....

Just wait 'till they show a sharp slowdown in this so called "growth" they've experienced for the past few years...the rule of large numbers is about to take hold. Stock will be at $40 or below very soon after the idiots that hold this trash at 60x earnings realize that it's not time to party like its 1999!!!!

cheap based on what? No earnings, no cash flow, very low book value...this is not cheap by any metric except maybe for a sales multiple. Plus growth slowing down...fair value 0.7x of sales or so...or maybe $3 per share...
