I would add .....why are we not seeing any insider buying? maybe the books are cooked....add that in the emails to IR :)
I just sent my again today. I will submit every day until I see some action from mgt. Worse case scenario the IR dept blocks me and they get very irritated which is the goal :) going to leave the office early today...buy a bottle of something good and enjoy my little ones. best to all...watch the last hour of trading....could be interesting if they are a lot of shorts that want to book their trading profits.
Time for mgt to get creative. This is not like the PMI fiasco after the financial crisis. Commute some insurance to get the cash and buyback shares.
Shorts now another weapon in their arsenal which is declining momentum and price in the overall market.
Looking at pattern analysis....a move to 4 bucks would equal a large AB=CD Move. I will load up again if it gets anywhere near there.
Is it too early to crack a beer? :) all I am most longs should do about this situation is laugh and sent IR a bunch of hate mail. everyday...until something is done to prop up shareholders rights.
Yep. yep and Yep. On a positive note ....since everyone has been so negative here and justly so...many technical indicators that I use are signaling a momentum change. It does not mean a quick pop back up but the short term laceration is looking like the bleeding might stop.
Price is at another 52 week low....we all know that. However, we don't know whether the selling was frustrated institutions that were long and now bailing. Nor do we know if it was mainly a coordinated short attack to tell management to F....ck off. However we do know the following: The current (reported) fundamentals do not warrant this kind of pricing or haircut. So where do we go from here? At current levels it is very dangerous to be short the stock unless you are hedged or long the stock. Second....there will be some deep value tutes that will step in on this opportunity simply as a call option. Third if it was longs bailing then the ride back up might take some time but at any moment mgt could announce some news on a share buyback or dividend etc...rating agencies be damned. It is silly not to retire equity at these levels. If a short attack.....then they have made their money and will cover to reduce their risk unless they honestly believe the company is going under. I encourage people not to panic until the facts come out on recent price action. There are big players that control this and they will decide where the price goes. My own opinion is we had a short attack as witness by the option activity thus causing fund liquidations because they lost 40% on their original cost and also margin calls. Watch the bid and the ask levels to get a better idea but the short covering might take weeks to happen as the appetite for new longs to come aboard or existing longs to increase their positions is not there. Regardless. I believe we have bottomed. GLTA. Panic is never a good strategy
Sentiment: Strong Buy
we all make mistakes...the key is did he learn from it....Hedge funds are risky because they get paid the 2% and 20% of profits....their allocations therefore are more risky and in some case the positions they hold are cannot be hedged.
I listened to the conference call.....not much new information from ER. However, what I liked about the call was the fact that CEO stated a tipping point was needed for full adoption and implementation to take place.....which sounds like it is right around the corner. Get the best retailers to adopt and Pandora box will be open. The result will be much quicker and new adoption this way. We all know that WMT is testing multiple products and has always been a innovator in regards to technology and supply chain mgt in the retail industry so I believe by the end of the year not only will we have more color on how this is progressing but also more announcements of proof on concepts that have been proved in regards to inventory mgt/(shelf mgt) and manufactory processes. Getting the leaders of the companies to buy in is critical. Getting the retailers is first then the CPG's then the brands will follow and then other independent product and service provides. The sky is the limit here.....and that is very big. Brand engagement....management along with supply chain benefits will make this stock a winner for long term investors.
Also the fact that DMRC is now spending more operating capital on hiring people to me means that mgt expects a acceleration of adoption of concept and technology.
Hold your long shares and by all means I would not suggest putting stop losses on this microcap because you will get stopped out by the algos and shorts tr
Sentiment: Strong Buy
using the revolving line to buyback shares. firesale the LTC book and use proceeds to pay off loan.
That may be one of the intentions of shorts....to put enough shareholder pressure for change ...forced change.
Lots of sellers and short sellers. .....price action is sending a clear message to mgt. You suck and we don't believe you or in your strategy. I am writing an email everyone to IR and I suggest everyone else does too. Flood their servers LOL....copy and paste the same email if you have to but we shareholders should come first not mgt and their salaries.
I agree commit to buyback shares at this level. 100 million at 5 bucks would take 20 million shares out of the float.
