    Question for board

Abuse deterant formulations are only for political purposes. All abuse deterants compromise the bioavailability of the drugs imbued with the technology. In other words, it is merely a feelgood notion for the establishment.

One creative poster at zgnx suggested that the best deterant would be a formulation with cayenne powder. Impossible to snort or inject, plus it would have positive cardiovascular and GI benefits.
Alas, something so simple and beneficial is above the heads of the tech dependent decisionmakers.

Another concept to consider, our FDA director is not inclined to phase out a perfectly good drug if the abuse deterrent formulations inhibit normal efficacy.

I like this board vs the zgnx board which is full of childish infighting. Much of it by the paid bashers.

Fifteen million was the revenue last q and it was two million more than expected. That is how fast sales are growing. With a newly energized sales force you can look for 18million in zoh sales for the next quarter and 70plus million for the first year.
Heck, maybe time to buy some call options on your company.

I have been holding zgnx for two years. I thought zohydro would quickly accelerate to 300million in sales as doctors realized the benefits of taking chronic pain patients off the liver killer acetaminophen combination with hydrocodone.

As soon as the product was launched a year ago it went under short attack and soon the entire pain industry was bashing the product as the most addictive substance in the history of the universe, while they themselves had their equally addictive meds in the market. Even "doctor Oz" bashed zohydro.
Our little company from SanDiego could not withstand the #$%$ and had to sell in order to survive. So now your company is it, big short storm and bashing coming.
I hope your sales force can deliver and show positive earnings and kill those mf'n shorters. Because once your profits steadily rise it is awfully hard to maintain a bashing effort.

Hercules can easily raise the stock price with share purchases. At the current price we have enough cash to buy the entire float.
In fact, we should eliminate shares available for short covering.
Just think of what fifty million could do to instigate a squeeze and turn the naked shorters into naked bag holders.

I wonder if gulf oil is more cost effective than land based fracking., and less likely to be shut down because of lower prices. I know hero has shut down four rigs allegedly because of sponsors' low prices for crude. This is still a much lower rate of shutdown than land drillers.
Also, if I am Saudi would I rather sell 30MM bbl at fifty dollars or 20MM bbl at ninety?

I guess for now the lower price until the North American drillers go bust.

Also, I think lower prices have come about to control Putin in Russia. The most dangerous man on earth.
Man, North Dakota is screwed now.
Will the last man to leave Williston please turn out the lights?

  • He will quadruple his money on that by next December.
Price is one sixth of revenue .
Looking forward to the earnings release.

  • Short it back down where it belongs.
