that is what is going on broadly. It can't happen without collusion among the institutions. Notice some get a pass, those are the ones the institutions do not need. They need to drive down the ones they want.

I saw this with Zogenix when they launched their acetaminophen-free extended release hydrocodone. Mylan and Purdue did a disinformation/slander campaign saying how dangerous zohydro was while they produced much more dangerous versions of morphine.
What I am saying is, larger pharms might be behind the short attack to keep Horizon from achieving the market cap they need for acquisitions that the larger pharm has designs on.

Now it is a multi-layered program taking a particular equity to an unreasonable low, then a ridiculous low, and then to an unbelievable low. Then they keep it there for an extended period, making it very hard to guess the turning point.
The paid media puts out the headlines,
the paid bashers put out the confusion,
the paid high frequency traders short the poop out of it,
the paid legislators make bogus innuendo about a policy they never intend to change.
