thestooge actually admitted yesterday he missed preventing the great recession of 2008. Mkts need to post up today and give some back half the surprise yesterday was no surprise they were always keeping short rates anchored at near zero.
taper speculation selling or more likely hiccup due to statements made by Paul Ryan today as to what Repubs are going to try to get by bumping up debt ceiling - in other words clean debt ceiling is still being held hostage by repubs. Rtards did not learn the lesson from last time mkts don't like any possibility of a default. So if mkt is down a whole lot with follow thru you can bet Ryan will be walking his statements back from today.
rtards like Foreclosure Phil Gramm responsible for a 262-page measure called the Commodity Futures Modernization Act responsible for unregulated swaps which almost collapsed the US and world economies. Trillions in unregulated and not reserved for swaps.
You idiot Obama told you the market was a buy almost 10,000 dow points down from here - you didn't listen now you look for stupid stuff to blame him for. Where were you when the worst President of the United States George W (I'll volunteer for Natl Guard but not to fight in Nam) Bush was destroying our nation - Bushy was responsible for the trillion dollar deficit you idiot - 2 wars not paid for Medicare Part D not paid for and Iraq War which Bushy blundered into leaving 4000+ US soldiers dead OBL mastermind for 911 still living etc. Get a clue moron. Everything is better because of the leadership of Obama.
It is called AdBlock Plus and yes it works great. Over 200 Million downloads since 2011. It spreads by word of mouth. Most who use FB extensively are not motivated at this point to seek a solution to intrusive ads. Yes it is amazing what it can do. It will only be a threat if more people begin to find the ads intrusive and they still want to continue to use FB otherwise they will simply shift to another platform. I have written extensively about it here just search the word "adblock plus". Lightbeam for Firefox also gets after the more stubborn 3rd party ad links. Another easy fix to FB ads is set your browser to not accept 3rd party cookies and also to dump your cookies on exit.
a couple of my posts:
I AM LOVING MY ADBLOCK PLUS - fb goes in the toilet as more tire of AD abuse
Trying AdBlock plus - so far amazing all Ads being wiped out
The biggest threat to FB is they are unable to prove ROI and conversion. I think intuitively most know that many simply ignore the ads. If advertisers get a clue this could limit FB more than anything else.
looking at general market not fb specific - hard to believe dems and rtards will reach any agreement on a budget - more can kicking? kickem all out.
