    Hey gang!

Hi bicster! see that you are still 58 years old! Well, I wasn't going to write on this board any more but seeing a couple of old friends like you and bobgolfer, and I just had to. My first reaction to the good news of an actual launch was, "hmm.. wonder if they will make a quick public offering to suck up any profits from shareholders.. " I mean, why break a pattern. They do it every time, and everyone knows it. This did not disappoint. Hope you and the latest worm are fine!

I just checked VVUS and ARNA.. it looks like neither of them ever took off. Both under $10. That's pretty bad. Hope you didn't hold on the ARNA for too long.

I bought a few today.. but very little compared to what I once owned. I'm stepping carefully.. I haven't held any VVUS or ARNA for over a year, so not really sure what is happening with them. Peace to you as well. Do you know if they delivered the one that needs refrigeration or the room temperature one?

Wonder why so many people changed their name-tags. "sayz-simmon" well that has to be Court. The "robert_moore349" must be (what was it) slugger or something?.. Cuz I know?
I haven't been on this board in forever, but it looks like something is finally happening. Congratulations. I had zero faith that this day would ever come, but it looks like it did.

“Based on the geophysical results obtained, a number of interesting conductive structures were identified across the property. The magnetic results also contain worthwhile information in support of exploration targets of interest.”
“We therefore recommend a more detailed interpretation of the available geophysical data, including additional 2D or 3D inversion in conjunction with the geology, prior to ground follow up and drill testing.”Report on a helicopter-borne Z-Axis Tipper Electromagnetic (ZTEM) and aeromagnetic geophysical survey."

  • then someone needs to do a disclaimer on his reading of "Apricus' instruction sheet" . Not by sending them to some pay-to-read chat board, but by stating the facts openly and clearly. If the Company refuses to dispute AF's claims, then NexAct is totally discredited.

  • slowerclimate slowerclimate Jul 5, 2013 3:50 PM Flag

Apricus has always claimed that Vitaros was absorbed through the skin. What AF is describing is nothing like that. I think he read the instructions from a label. What happened to this Nexact technology? (see videos on Apricus website).

Correct spelling is not a 'writing style', court. And, I only wish that I had bic's talent..
I'm really not sure why I come back to this message board every once in a while. I think it's partially a curiosity of how long and far a company can go on scamming people. And it's morbidly fascinating how the victims can made excuses for these criminals and actually buy more shares. How many people work for this Company? What do they do? No one knows, no one asks, and no one tells. In three years I have never heard a single work-related report, but millions of dollars continue to disappear.

What gave us away jmir007? Was it that we both know how to spell? I guess that us living in two different countries is just a technicality.. No one can fool 007.

Common now.. bicster58 is the ONLY source of smiles associated with this stock.. don't take away everything.. (You must have been gone a very long time to be saying this, btw... hmmm)

  • is a Short? Some people, like myself, are just appalled at what is going on. And even more appalled by people like you that try to turn every negative into a positive. You are the ones with motive behind your posts. The Executive VP just quit. What spin do you have for that one? He quit a few days after announcement of European approval. Doesn't that tell you anything? Their public offering a few days before announcement of the EU approval. That tells you nothing either?
You should be ashamed of yourself for snowing people like this. You are just as much of a scam artist as the company and Lazare are.

Thinking that Vitaros and Femprox is going to save the day in billions of sales is wishful thinking. If that was the case, then why did they remove the poison pil. Are they hoping for a hostile take-over?. They are looking for a quick getaway. from what I can guess. Vitaros has been approved in Canada for a couple of years, and nothing is being done with it. They gave up their French distribution center. There is a reason, we just don't know what it is.

  • But this time they protected themselves beforehand by getting rid of the poison pill and shareholder veto power. What was it?.. one week before they announce good news about Europe they make a public offering and absorb all your long awaited profits? I've been through that with APRI two years ago.. remember it well.. never thought they would have the cojones to do it again.. Never underestimate these people. They are complete #$%$. Glad I didn't hold any of this, this time. Guess it wasn't just Damaj who was a #$%$.. or maybe he was their patsy.. who knows.

A hundred people, huh.. How do you count them? Do your research.. France is gone.

  • "Apricus Bio said it plans to use the proceeds of the issue for capital expenditures, research and development activities, clinical trial costs, and "general corporate purposes." Does anyone know? I've never head of anything new happening at all. Just a bunch of people sitting around and collecting paychecks. Has anyone ever asked what they are doing with their time (for the last 3 years?

They are taking away the rights of the shareholders, sold off almost all their outside assets, and now made this huge public offering. All this at a time when they promised that Abbott would 'surely' launch Vitaros in the first quarter of 2011,,, eh, 2012,,, eh,,, no, no 2013. They have milked shareholders dry, and are still getting away with it. Amazing. If someone told the people on this board that they entire board of directors were photographed sipping margaritas in the Bahamas 3 months ago, and throwing money in the air, people on this board would call it a 'great' sign.. that launch will surely be tomorrow.. because 'they know' and the idiots would buy MORE shares. People here deserve to lose every penny they own.

And something everyone is also overlooking, is that there is no longer ANY talk of new uses for Nexact other than the Femprox and Vitaros applications. If it was such a great technology, it should have a thousand uses by now..and it doesn't. Nothing.

  • slowerclimate slowerclimate Mar 28, 2013 8:56 AM Flag

that's only if there has been a run-up of 'buy the rumor'..

  • slowerclimate slowerclimate Mar 27, 2013 9:48 PM Flag

Absolutely.. if it's good news they want a big reaction so they announce pre-open so the excitement is immediate. It it's bad news, they want people to calm down and give them a chance to say that things will be better soon.. so they would announce after market closed. This is a very good sign.. they are obviously happy with the results, and I believe that Thor is scheduled for an interview at 2pm.
