"Most of these class action lawsuits get settled for the BOD and CEO's Errors and Omissions insurance policies. It is a distraction for the executives and also not good for the shareholders." But does not damage the company.
Could we see some movement from here? Sure would be nice. Dillution has occurred, they have plenty of money and in a growth sector of their industry. Could we start to see some upside?
Wait and see what happens in the morning. This is not selling normally in AH. It shows bid at 6.27 and ask at 6.34 yet someone just bought 260,328 at $6.42. Lots of shares purchased after hours all around $6.42. If this goes up in the morning then you will see a reverse head and shoulders pattern. There is no reason for this sell off. Nothing but good news. Average down but if it runs up sell off some so you maintain the 4000 shares you want to own. The stock fluctuates between 20 and 30 cents a day. Good trading.
Hold your shares. Someone is trying to get yours cheap. Lots of buying around $6.43.
Ok so what if they do not have "blow out numbers" but the future looks very bright and their guidance is great? Will it be believed since this company has never made money? And why is that exactly????
It hit a low today of $5.15 which was the high on 1/31/13. Does anyone think this will hit $4 of lower before the 27th? What are the odds this will do well in earnings?
The information on the rise in prenatal DNA testing came out on January 7th and it spiked up to $5.92. Then over three different days they issued about 720,000 shares of stock and then this guy comes out saying the stock will double up to$6.00? Well where would you have this stock double? From its average price or the reduced price as of the day of the article which came out this morning when the stock was $2.86. So in reading this article this stock should drop back to $6.00 or if you take the year's average price it should sail on to around $20 as the average price is 9.45 for the year. ANE THEY HAVEN'T EVEN STATED EARNINGS. Fif anyone see what happend to MM?
