If NQ Mobile could actually somehow sell FL Mobile at a massive premium compared to CMGE and iDreamSky then that would obviously be great for shareholders. However is this ends up like the $500 million valuation for NationSky which is now up being sold for $80 million a year later, then NQ Mobile would be pulling the same trick twice.
NQ Mobile announced they are selling two of their subsidiaries on Wednesday along with earnings.
The $80 million sale of NationSky is only a fraction of the $500 million valuation NQ placed on this subsidiary last year.
The announced $626 million minimum sale price of FL Mobile seems highly overpriced when compared to a completed and pending buyout offer for competitors.
okay done. You are right. Smells much better than NQ. Thanks for proving my point.
Have you looked at Cramers record??? He is the last guy you should be listening too. Check out his Charatible Trust you would stop listening to him is a second. Can't believe CNBC hangs their hat on that guy.
Have you ever checked out Cramers record?? Take a few minutes check it out then tell me if you want to hang your hat on that guy.
Curious. Have any of you taken a look at Cramers stock performance? Have you looked at the results
in his Charitable Trust? If you had you would not be using him to help you pick your stocks. Better off with a monkey throwing a dart. Oh wait. He is a monkey throwing a dark.
Hard to believe CNBC hangs their hat on that guy.
tradewind you are absolutely right. A CEO should never comment on his stock price unless he is saying at this price we are buying back shares. This CEO said they will not be buying back shares.
I missed the run in this stock the first time and am looking for an entry, but will follow the three day rule when a stock gets crushed. Hope to get in at a lower price. I was worried tht it might take off after he was on Mad Money but Cramer does not have te influence he once had. To many have got burned listening to him. Plus all you have to do is look at his Charitable Trust to know he is not that good.
I do not see any bashers. I see #$%$ off investors that bought before the article about the CEO dumping all those shares came out. I am glad I wasn't holding for the 30% drop then find that out. I bought @32.80 yesterday and never would have if I knew that before hand. Cant believe no class actions haven't been filed against that guy.
