I was surprised to see your response to my updating my ACAD trading. I said it was a small gain and most here who have been long for much time are all well in the green (as I was when I sold all after "the event"). If you have read any of my posts over the past 2 years you should be aware that I'm not one to rub anyone's face in it !!
Not sure I understand ? , but I only need $2000 margin able equity to open and/or maintain a short position. If falls below that I would be subject to being called.
Covered my small short position today. During last 2 weeks looked bad , but last few days got me out with small gain. Now have no position in ACAD , but will start to consider inching back long. Still would like some clarity on CEO and/or an update on progress of NDA. Positive news on either or both would , IMO , give the stock a shot at $50s by year end.
I assume you did not see the date of my post ... Apr 23 (not today Apr 28). I may not be too smart , but I am very credible. If you read my entire post you would have clearly seen that I was not bashing , and in fact suggested that I may have to buy back at a higher PPS. However , as of today's close that is not the case.
Just a quick point : That "dummy" sold for a 135% gain and stock has gone down 30% from his sell. May be why he is living well in NY.
Not much "news" to monitor ... so I'm still out. IMO , the longer there is no news to throttle the drop in PPS the more likely there IS no news to "stop the drop". Still hoping this tech will work and help SCI victims , but not willing to be invested here and now.
Been dabbling in the market for about 25 years. Pretty sure I HAVE LEARNED NOTHING !! I'm in very good shape with my AAPL position and even added 500 shares couple weeks back @ $124.00 , but I do not understand the RED #s today. Not in a big hurry , but I was expecting $140 today after that ER and on top of that my SWKS is running with AAPL . Maybe another 25 years and I'll have this figured out ... maybe not !
Best advice is to google "requirements to up list stock to NASDAQ" . There are several , but here is #1. Company must have aggregate pre-tax earnings in prior 3 years of $11,000,000.00 and in prior 2 years at least $2.2M and in no one year in prior 3 can the company have a net loss.
There may be some special allowances for some companies , but this is what the rule(s) say.
Uplisted ??? Really ? Don't think they could meet the criteria even if they did a reverse 1 for 75 split (to get PPS above $3). Other considerations too high of a hurdle for this company , at least in the foreseeable future.
