    Gerald's Tweet This Morning

His opinion is just as relevant as the other bashers who spend their time here bashing the company and its C.E.O. when they don't even own shares in the company.

Four assets, each of which could be worth many times the current market cap, makes $AMBS the opportunity of a lifetime.

So much potential for a nickel.

The fund managers and institutional investors aren't going to invest in $AMBS trading for .15 on the O.T.C. market but they will invest in $AMBS trading at $25.00 on the NASDAQ.

There is no need to waste the opportunity to capitalize on up-coming catalysts by staying on the O.T.C.

Gerald is doing the right thing.

  • $AMBS has four assets each of which could be worth many times the current market cap: Eltoprazine - AMDX - ESS - MANF.

    Stay tuned for news.

p.s. Keep selling cheap shares. Smart money is buying them.

  • Based on the accomplishments that Gerald and his management team have achieved over the last year I'll be very surprised if one or more partnerships aren't announced in the near future. That's in addition to an expected I.P.O. for AMDX.

Keep selling cheap shares. Smart money is buying them.

    Stay tuned for news.

$10,000 Invested In JAZZ In 2009

I'm comparing $AMBS today to $JAZZ six years ago when the bashers on the $JAZZ board were posting comments similar to the ones being posted by the bashers here.

I expect $AMBS to be tremendous success. The share price may not increase 300 times the current price over the next six years but it could happen.

The current market cap is in the $50M range. I would expect that the I.P.O. for AMDX will generate a minimum of $35M to the company plus on-going royalties.

ESS and Eltoprazine each have the potential to generate $500M in annual revenues. MANF could be worth billions long term but in the short term a development partnership for MANF for R.P. is the most likely near term event that will generate revenue for the company which could be an up-front cash payment in the $25M range.

Napodano still maintains his $185M valuation on $AMBS and Gerald maintains that is too conservative.

Obviously the bashers/naysayers and the recent seller want the focus on the "boogeyman" which is currently the reverse split. They all want to either buy shares or buy back shares at a lower price.

I remember when RAD was trading at .20 and the bashers were using both the bankruptcy approach and the reverse split approach to try to convince others to sell. In the case of RAD neither happened and the share price recovered nicely over a few years.

Moving to the NASDAQ is the right move at the right time. If anyone wants to sell shares below the current price then do so. Someone will buy those shares.

Only one of the products in the pipeline has to succeed to make $AMBS worth a minimum of ten times its current market cap.

    I'll take those odds.

p.s. Personally I think all three will succeed.

You're not suppose to be letting others know about this strategy. I want a cheaper price for the call contracts.

    Mums the word.

Can't imagine why anyone would sell before the conference call. :(
