Charts don't apply here but nice pumper try. They're all coming out of the woodwork now to pump this back up a few .0001 to get their money out.
someone has a 1,250,000 buy in @ .0164

CERP has attracted the .0002 swing minute traders again from the penny stock alerts
This is Freddy's rabbit out of his #$%$ to fend off BK talk. Think it holds in the .015-.016 range for a little while until next news. Like I said slow climb up .001 each week is fine with me. This pop gives some hope.
bluechip we have covered the fact that those $26M in sales were fictitious. He wrote off all of it to bad debt and his "lawsuit" against the European customers was a fraud too. He never really filed any legal proceedings-he just had them give back his inventory and thanked them for holding it.
Freddy said 2 multi-million orders. That's 1 down. Hopefully the other is at a profit to an ongoing customer who will actually pay for it within a year. Need cash baby.
I am with you on this one Central but at least it's some cash flow. Hopefully Fred can convert this to an ongoing customer after the sample runs out.
Where are those 10 projects he had in the pipeline in the US? Maybe he'll give some color on it at the next 10Q call. Europe has turned into a bust this year.
Ricardo dreams can come true-it can happen to you if you're green at heart.
Glad Freddy was able to ditch the stale inventory. Hopefully he sold it at cost plus shipping but at least it's $1.4M of cash flow so there should be no more major stock dilution.
Fred-here's a hint for your next project: go collect A/R from your customers to keep the cash coming in. You need about $2.5M cash/qtr to keep the wolves at bay for payroll and interest. That's only $2.4M if you truly are only taking $30K salary. We'll see with the next 10Q what a company man you are.

the breakup fee is $125M paid by Apollo. Cooper gets it no matter what the reason since they agreed to deal already. That's about $1.75/share in earnings...
