How is January year end? What kind of scam are you helping to pull here?
You need to forget about Pascoe and focus on Joe Podolski over at RPRX.... That no good snake oil salesman promised an NDA by year end.... Where is it Court?
You say " don't buy APRI until a big name buys in big" .
Ummmm. Aspire is on the hook for millions of shares the bought at $1.90+. Ok so after their fee their actual cost on those shares is $1.72. Now I know you were an English teacher so I'm not sure about your math skills.
Which is bigger $1.72 or $.99?
So. If my math is correct the boys on Wacker are down and I can buy while they hold with $1.72 average PPS.
So thanks for all your concern Bic but I'm buying and anyone with a calculator should too
I'm seriously worried about you Bic... Deny knowing Joe Cocker? Honestly, "you can leave your hat on" was the original Femprox. Have a couple of drinks and pop that song on and how could you not get lucky? Maybe one of the best mood set songs EVER!!!
RayVa.... Raynaud Phenomenon secondary to systemic sclerosis is treated by Rheumatologists.
For those too young or anyone unfamiliar I suggest a youtube search for "you can leave your hat on"...
Thanks for the memories Joe.
Stop being wrong... Simple...
Really, dude... Nobody put a gun to your head and told you to say Vitaros would never launch, or to offer up that crazy read on the 10Q saying Vitaros manufacturing cost would bankrupt APRI. Or how about that gem about Aspire not holding shares? Or even better the secondary that was coming Dec 11th?
Honestly, I like you... But the facts are the facts right? It reminds me of the religious nut who predicted the world was to end in May of 2012... Remember that nut? LOL!!!!
Fispemifene is a crazy awesome bet... It's a $20 million dollar bet, give or take in the sense of what they paid and borrowed to move it thru the phase 2b, and "IF" Androxal is submitted to the FDA for approval combined with a successful 2b of Fispemifene the increase in pipeline value to APRI will be multiples of $20 million even in the face of needed funds for our own phase 3.
If Androxal gets to market Fispemifene will pull APRI's market cap to $300 million +....
You should be thanking the stock Gods for this PPS and that the average trader is lost on what Neil Morton did for us.
Femprox is dead...
1. The FDA does not consider Female Sexual Interest and Arousal a medical problem.
2. APRI has no money to start a phase 3 on something the FDA won't even recognize.
3. No potential partners are going to license and pay you for something that's stuck.
4. The company has expanded it's pipeline with Fispemifene and will need all it's money for it's development, which is a $2.5 Billion market in the US.
If I were in charge I would issue a second PR on that alone. It's been a long time coming. We know they received a patent on it too so maybe Warner Chilcott will want to reopen talks. Should be less than 12 months from the first commercial orders coming in.
It's certainly been a head scratcher watching the PPS sink under a dollar on no news. True to my word I went in heavy yesterday and did so thinking is it possible I missed something? What's driving the decline? I thought about it all yesterday and while wrapping a present and talking about what was left to buy with Mrs. SocialBoom it came to me. It's Christmas... A blue Christmas...
Who owns APRI? Mom and Pop investors. 92% of the company is held by small time folks trying to get in on what they saw as a sure thing in the ED market. They thought Vitaros would launch in Canada then Europe and that it would fly off the shelves. They've waited and waited. Many of them making buys into the company every other Friday with each paycheck over years. They thought 2014 would finally be the payoff year and I'd bet many were leveraged to that bet. Thinking if Vitaros launches in Q1 or Q2 of 2014 by end of year they'd surely have a $4 or $5 stock on their hands so they just had to hold on.
IMO, the company is now in the best shape it's been in since it's formation. They have rid themselves of poor managers and hangers on. They have upgraded the board and I hope they continue that process. They have a product launched, and sales will be coming,,, slowly,,, and over years not months. They have set a new path of actual drug development with RayVa and Fispemifene and if successful will propel this micro cap into a billion dollar play. No more hype of ED via Damaj, Cox, Davis and Martin.
The new path puts financial reward out 1 to 3 years. Not 1 to 3 months. And there it is. For the Mom and Pops that's a crushing reality. Many simply need their money, especially at Christmas and the panic of their lives, mortgages, car payments etc, is driving the drop. It's not the market, it's who the base is that's driving it. Pascoe is taking no prisoners. Produce or get out. And he keeps finding much higher quality talent in return.
I think it's a fair assumption Takeda would not point to Vitaros as an example of their growth prospects if their sales uptake to date and estimates were not very favorable.
Didn't Pascoe say Takeda was committing additional sales people to Vitaros in 2015 or was that Sandoz? Either way the point is the same.
Betting against the sales ramp looks like a bad idea.
