Sarissa Capital has made a major investment in APRI, and now holds 17% of the company. Sarissa Capital is headed by Alex Denner PHD, the former head of biotech investments for Carl Ichan. Google it...
Sarissa's average PPS is in the $1.80s... Do the math...
Buy all you can...
I stand by it,,, 100%. Build your position. The company is now firing on all cylinders. The PPS does not reflect the value being created.
Fispemifene is officially in the clinic, and the Vitaros launch in France is showing huge buzz on social media. We did not see this type of push from the UK, Spain or Germany.
The buzz on Twitter has been impressive... As the UK, Germany, and Spain launched there was nothing on Twitter. But with France it's been steady updates for the past 24 hours. It certainly does appear that Marjorelle has a plan. If this is matched in sales effort directly to the Urologist community then I think good things will happen.
Also the other partners can take a page from Marjorelle and see how it's done... Very impressive.
You're lying to yourself is more like it... They've "ALWAYS" said launches of Vitaros are at the sole direction and decision of the licensed partner. Any guidance given on expected timelines are predicated on that fact. If you are not bright enough as an investor to actually read the prospectus who's fault is that?
I can hardly believe I'm thinking this,,,, But I think RayVa is going to be a big winner. Listen to the presentation. Pascoe says "I recently was having dinner with" A woman who heads a Raynaud's group.
Why would he be entertaining her if the trial was looking like a flop? He'd be avoiding that... He's in pre-marketing mode.
You've been pumping GALE on other message boards since it was in $5s... Get a life.
I'd LMFAO, at you but honestly I simply find you desperate and pathetic.
Presentation tomorrow and June news coming.
There is no need to get testy... If you think I'm off base simply step up and buy.
Listening to me at $1.70 or $1.50 or even $1.30 would have preserved your capital. That's just a fact.
Oh yeah, sure,,, Give me thumbs down... You may now go back to pumping how you are adding shares at $1.70, then $1.50, then $1.34... Mark my words, these guys are out of cash and a secondary is coming.
Maybe right after the bell... Friday before a holiday weekend, after a major pump and dump to the benefit of your go to money men.
Don't ya love the way these guys play?
I'm going to pull my bid at $1.17 Something tells me it opens yet lower on Tuesday.
Sarissa Capital established their position in DGX in Q4 2013. That would peg their PPS in the mid $50s on 775k shares.
Current PPS of $81 gives Sarissa Capital a long term gain of around $25 per share and if the rumors are true of a merger it will go much higher. That's a profit so far of a cool $19,375,000 and growing.
As Sarissa is APRI's largest shareholder, all I can say is buy all you can. They play to win.
18% of their portfolio is in DGX... That's 775k shares as of March 31st.
Anybody notice how DGX is doing today?
Hey Tuna, are you ready for the holiday weekend?
The newbies will figure out soon enough that long term watchers of this may understand a thing or two, or at the very least they will learn we like good food.
