Thank you and Bert Again for your article. It was very enlightening.

One couldn't help but to notice however that you raised your PBA patients in the U.S. to 7 million from your previous stance of their being 5Million. And that you raised your paitients being burdened by PBA to about 2.6Million thereby requiring you to move into the "mild" category. A category you had previously disregarded as being statistically unimportant.

In doing so and making these changes, what you did was to affirm Tradestoxxs numbers instead.

That's notable because you previously attacked him viciously and violently for his numbers repeatedly, referring to him as being wrong and a hyping pump artist.

One only wonders, what do you now have to say to that?
Don't you owe him an apology and a personal debt of gratitude for enlightening you and helping you find your way?

In terms of what you have written, trade and I would take a couple of exceptions. You have the surveys "fading in significance" over time. We think they will grow in significance and be a monumental part of the education for years to come. And, they'll likely be the centerpiece of some form of national campaign bringing all these groups together.
After all, what would be more powerful in terms of marketing than that?

Secondly, you say that there's no direct comparisons with N and SSRI's. Maybe that statement is literally correct but every survey demonstrates how ineffective current treatments are and certainly that would include SSRI's. And so, while it's not a head to head kind of test which Avnr certainly would have no interest in anyway going up against a NON approved product, I think it paints with a broad brush how ineffective they really are overall.

And lastly, you say that you and Beatrice Bert have "modeled" 45% use on alternative therapies.
I think that's great except that trade has modeled only 10% using Nuedexta at all and reached his price targets even into the 100+ range. Leaving 90% usage for everyone else if they'd care to go that route.

That's probably what is most amazing is that just 10% does take us there in terms of price. And will the reality be higher than that?..20% maybe?

If so, this really could wind up being a 300.00 stock instead.

In any event..trade says...keep up the imitation.
It's the best form of flattery out there.

    Thanks, I'll leave it.

I guess just because a bank has in paragraph 34 of a mortgage document that they can foreclose on you if you don't pay then that's not really legal because it wasn't in paragraph one then as well?

    Your statement is ridiculous.

The only time something like that might apply is in a life or death situation or something disclosing imminent harm.
Even at that the wording is often times "we urge you to read the following document in its entirety..."

And the only other time would be in a document of such length or detail that items of importance should be prioritized.
One can hardly say that about one post a person makes.

An individual disclosing NO relationship doesn't even carry the weight that someone disclosing a relationship would carry anyway and in fact, it's questionable at all whether it matters at all whether its there or not because of that. Again, back to any legal document, do they list all the things they WON'T do to you or all the things that DON'T apply?
    Again..that would be ridiculous.

And so, in other words, Doogie Howser posting " I don't work for the company or have any relationship with them" should normally be assumed if it's NOT disclosed.
That would be different than " I DO work for the company and I AM compensated for these remarks" NOT being disclosed.

A common shareholder is no liability to a company, is not an insider, officer or director, employee..nor compensated in any way. People have the right to express their opinions in this country, despite your attempts to stifle those opinions.
Any liability, legal or otherwise for using this drug on or off would be born by the Doctors themselves, not the party bringing news relating to it to their attention.

I mean, can't you see Doc Samson in court now.."But your honor..Doogie Howser told me to use this".
    LOL!

Sorry Andy Baron but your case just got thrown out of court.

Doogie Howser did identify himself as an investor right away.

And what exactly are your qualifications to be directing to whomever what they should or shouldn't post?
Did we miss something and they make you a moderator of that website overnight?

Some people just want to rule the world I guess.

Your comments are hysterical. A common stock shareholder whereever speaking about a product is no different here or there.
They're not an insider. Not an employee. Not an executive. Not a board member. They're john Q citizen just like anyone and have the right to speak their minds and voice their opinions.

This board is full of comments promoting N for everything from pain to fibromyalgia to herpes. Readers are undoubtedly employed in every walk of life under the sun and then some. That no more makes them liable for anything than any poster anywhere in the same situation.

And I would totally disagree that what dhouser is doing is promoting anything. He's asking questions and bringing publicly available information to the forum for discussion. Just as is done here 24/7.

Please. If you're going to speak about a topic such as this, at least take the time to consider whether your post has any merit or not.

I mean, here's you under your texastom alias (assuming that is you as well)
marketing N for MS pain and being the first drug doctors will suggest for it because there is no other option.

Does that make you a co~conspirator in the marketing N for off label use suit?

    LOL!

Well, wouldn't that same thing apply to about 10,000 posts here on this board with all the discussion about every illness under the sun being treated by Nuedexta?

Your statement is ridiculous. Especially because the poster has fully disclosed he's not associated with the company and voluntarily disclosed he's simply a common shareholder.

And again, he's doing nothing but bringing publicly available links to the attention of the forum.

Please. Go away and find a real ax to grind somewhere. Because your argument is ridiculous.

I'm not sure how much i agree with Doogies posts either but i'm curious how his linking to the companies own news release and surveys which the company themselves refers too often would be either harmful or something the company would frown upon?

You sound more like a disgruntled person on TS's ignore list than anyone with a reasonable argument.

    Funny stuff. :)

I guess it's hard for them to get over the rejection.

I don't know about Doogie Howser and his efforts but your's are what would concern me much more.
This way you present yourself as a financial executive on Seeking alpha getting your articles linked to yahoo news even. Your 2 part article on avnr was the most rambling incoherent piece of garbage I think i've ever read. And some of us who have watched you here over the months demonstrate how little you know about investing trying to predict even the direction of a stock on any given day and coming up with nothing but failures would have me say you're flat out dangerous to the investing community. And you worry about someone who might have 4 or 5 doctors reading his post?

You're the one to be feared!

I think you're right. Bert is short this stock. Why else continually attack you?

  • softandcurveyl by softandcurveyl Jan 27, 2011 10:42 AM Flag

and I can tell you this isn't going to be one of them.

And i'm baffled as to why anyone would. There's no competition for this drug. This stock didn't do what somx did and gap up to 10 after approval then pullback. This drug isn't entering a field where they have no pricing power and lots of other people selling similar remedies.

Quite a few people here seem to think that 25 thousand patients equals 4 bucks a share. I think it equals 5 or 6 myself 'cause they're using too low a p/e ratio that i figure will be 20 to maybe even 25.

25 thousand patients is all they need to reach that price and someone would want to short this?
That makes no sense at all to me.

If you short a stock its supposed to be 'cause you think there's more down side to it than upside.
What's the downside to this, 10 cents? What do shorts think they're going to do sell 15,000 people instead of 25 thousand?

So it'll be 4 per share instead if that's the case.

Really dumb short here. Dumb move.

    Glad i'm long.

    Right on Jean!
BW brings this offtopic garbage here from a website he's getting paid to post on trying to get people to click the links!

    What a spammer!

SOMX? A drug for insomnia? WTF does this have to do with Avnr?

Insomnia drugs are a dime a dozen! Just take some sominex for a restful night sleep. Or, better yet. Read a few BW posts.
If that don't put you to sleep, nothing will.

Bert and his socialist alias will love it. He reportedly was in the video.
He makes his appearance at the 50 second mark.

What a great commercial for Avnr!
