Geeze. Really? You mean you have no idea how to use your... 73 inch high def TV screen for a computer monitor? I have been doing that for five years. Since... your entire bet is on the size of the screen... you lose. Screen size has nothing to do with any of this. Anything can now be watched on any screen. TV on smartphones, computer monitors on living room big screens... as I sit here and type this in my comfy LR chair and watch on my bigscreen computer TV monitor. That little video input on the back of your set hooks up without any mods at all to any of your computers. Oh and here is a tip. The sound out on the back of your computer can feed two stereo mega amplifier / receivers to belt out of four corner placed JBL or infinity ... or even Pioneer speakers. I have professional JBL monitor speakers in my LR... like are used for barroom rock bands running mega sound levels.

yup. This is standard "BUY YOU OUT" behavior. Crush the stock price and buy them on the bottom for a 50 percent premium. Not the first company stock I was in that got shorted and then bought out. Of course, there is no way the execs could say anything if there is an agreement in place, unless it is a hostile takeover and they are fighting it. If half of what I hear about the products for smart phones is true... they ... NQ... are the belle of the ball for dances.

not me. I would really hate to be short. This stock moved three dollars a share at the open just a few days back here, and it can do that again... with a vengeance. I am sure all shorts have stop losses put in... but the question is... will the gap up kill them anyway?

Everything you just said makes too much darned sense to ignore. Large, spread out corporations with a year's worth of figures to go over in a much watched audit like this one... cannot possibly be done in the time it takes to order a Big Mac at McDonald's. But, there are shorts here who would have us believe exactly that. This argument from the bashers has grown very tired... and I just can't wait to dance on their portfolio graves... soon.

Electric Harley... wave of the future.

It definitely won't happen overnight. I myself had to warm up to the idea of an electric car... but Tesla changed my mind on all that. Something that can PASS BY gasoline pumps and plug into the garage wall at night is mightily attractive. Not to mention Tesla is a sleek sporty machine with performance to equal massively engined sports cars. Full torque available at the line and fast good looks... is what electric vehicles bring to the party. A fact I don't think most of the hog set have any knowledge of yet. How many Camaro and Barracuda owners are kicking the butts of Tesla owners? Like you say... they don't travel in the same roads. Tesla owners are well to do and usually highly intelligent. Camaro owners are ... neither of those usually. Usually a mechanic will not go to the same bars as an accountant.

Sorry to hurt your little feelings... but what adjective there is not indisputable? The fact that they are expensive, heavy, poor in handling, dinosaurs, or noisy? There are a lot of bikes on the market much better in handling, quieter, less expensive, lighter, and modern in electronics than Harley " putt putt " Davidson. I have eyes and ears... so I have verified all of this for myself. Face it... the only reason most people buy a Harley is because it makes their Richard feel bigger. They like the ancient, vibrating, old, noisy, technology that takes regular maintenance to keep together. Bout time Harley steps into the twentieth century. And yes, I do know THIS is the twenty first century. My POINT exactly. Idiot.

Not everybody in this country is ape level intelligence jock straps hanging out for the next basketball game. ESPN is not guaranteed to keep doing as well as it has been. Things are changing. Sports is available everywhere all over the internet now. Some people even get out of their living room chair and GO to see the sporting event in person. Advertising in the future for sports events will be smart phone driven, not cable television. Cable television is dead. In the future, more people will be watching sporting events on their computers and on their phones. ESPN is yesterday.

  • Seriously, they are selling noodles. You could serve a decent plate of spaghetti and sauce and or meatballs for $7.50. Walmart charges a dollar... 1.00... for a pound of noodles. Add fifty cents for the sauce. Where do they get $15.00 for a plate of spaghetti? GEE... I wonder why America is not beating a path to the Olive Garden. Not really.

What a cool bike. I always saw Harleys as heavy, bad handling, noisy, expensive dinosaurs. I think the new electric bike just might change all that. It's happening. Nothing the compression heads can do to stop progress. Big oil and the internal combustion engine will die together. The writing is on the wall.

... and then hold a press event, and get them into the hot little hands of the auto press. Motor Trend, Road N Track, Car & Driver, etc. It is a lot more exciting to touch and feel a UQM auto that functions than to study one on paper. JMO.

I would love to see these motors in anything. As demonstrators... might push manufacturers to orders if they could actually see and feel a real car with UQM motors in them running. Remember George Barris custom productions (cars) in Los Angeles in the sixties and seventies? Think the Batmobile, The Monkees car, The Munsters...etc. What a great publicity promotion to get some sleek customized cars and put some UQMs in them. Something Ferrari or Lamborghini style. Tesla designs should not be hard to top. Tesla cars are extremely well built, and designed well... but their styling is... shall we say... pedestrian, ho hum, borderline boring. I think Elon Musk was afraid to take a chance on a Fisker type of style.
