    Empty Promises?

Pie and Luke, You guys are so convinced that IDC and GA are so great! I wish you would start buying all the IDC stock at 0.43. I have tried to sell a number of large blocks from 0.43 to 0.48 without any takers. Surely you two at least are foolish enough to buy my shares. Or have you guys finely woke up to the fact that GA is playing us with a worthless company.

  • sophia3jan sophia3jan Jul 2, 2014 3:01 PM Flag

Boy today must be special, I am in agreement with you Pie. 59 give some facts for your statement "It is happening". Also Jack's repeat of
Mark Twain, " most of which were entirely in my imagination". Totally false, the fact remains it is NOT the minority stockholders imagination that GA and his team keep us in the dark and feed us xxxxx. The volume today is meaningless, we seen this type of volume before. When we see six figure volumes with substantial price increases, this volume and price mean nothing.

  • sophia3jan sophia3jan Jul 1, 2014 2:55 PM Flag

Luke, if your first paragraph stating that all these so called contracts are public! They really affected the stock price. I hope you realize that was a JOKE, because the unfounded statements about contracts has not sold new or old investors to BUY. Your second paragraph is not correct. Most companies are constantly making news releases between reports. Honest and Fair management wants to keep their stockholders informed.

  • sophia3jan sophia3jan Jun 30, 2014 4:02 PM Flag

Pie news releases occur at any time and companies do not wait for reports to release good new. You trust a PEPSI deal is coming based on here say. Believing that. Delays stop good releases, believing in here say contracts with Tinyl, JV contracts, etc. Things like contracts are usually released in press reports. Companies do not wait for quarterly and annual reports to give out such information. You are a believer in these baseless promises. If all of these so called Great things were true, GA would be plastering it all over the Wall Street Journal. The train has left the station alright, and the light at the end of the tunnel is a run away train. It is NOT a train carrying Good Mews.

  • sophia3jan sophia3jan Jun 30, 2014 5:32 AM Flag

Well we are at T minus ZERO, LETS SEE WHAT B.S. GA HAS BEEN FEEDING US. Are we broke now?

  • sophia3jan sophia3jan Jun 26, 2014 3:57 PM Flag

Luke your starting to Hedge on T minus 6, 5, 4, etc. Sorry but GA can continue to push things out and play with us. Like I said before GA, Lou S. And the management team does not need the money - they can still buy a big house, new fancy car, travel and etc. There remains heavy selling pressure at 0.43: asking 0.43, 98600 shares; selling 0.36, 6500. It would take some miracle announcement to move the stock to $1.00 let alone to 3 or higher. Sorry but with the non based facts released by GA, it is very easy to be extremely negative on management.

  • sophia3jan sophia3jan Jun 25, 2014 12:30 PM Flag

Edge your bet on IDC in Las Vegas!!! Good news coming in 5 or 6 days BET $1.00 to win 200,000; No Good news coming in 5 or 6 days BET $100,000 to win $1.00. As you sports fans can see Las Vegas DOES NOT believe any good news is coming in the next 5 or 6 days.

  • sophia3jan sophia3jan Jun 24, 2014 1:27 PM Flag

Not really a blip, but if you add up the shares in the last month. It simply lets those individuals that loan money to GA (0.42) by buying stock at 0.42 to get out an save their Small DUMB INVESTMENT IN IDC. Bid still at 0.3225; Ask down to 0.42; very wide spread. If there was any interest in investing in IDC, the bid would be much higher and the spread much smaller. Still looks like we been had!

  • Bid 0.3299; 10,000 shares. Ask 0.43; 70,000 shares. Sure a lot of people willing to sell at 0.43. This give little support to good things coming soon.

Volume and price probably is meaningless, the floor broker has shares purchased in the low 0.30s and is unloading in the 0.40s. The shares are being unloaded to OLD time investors like Hair Pie Face. Who are still buying. There really is NO major volume increase that would show new major investors. I feel that GA will continue to bump things out quarter after quarter until HE says we're BROKE!

Jack, as much as I would like to see IDC at $3, $10 or $30; I truly believe that you are an Extreme Dreamer or just coming off an extreme alcohol party. Should you accidentally be right this will not happen soon enough to help your retirement unless you are younger than say. 30 years old. For us OLD people over 60-70, we will never see this move, if it does occur.

I always considered you a very knowledgeable investor. Very impressive resume - CBSchool. Makes me wonder more that you may have more insight to IDC than the rest of us minority investors. I will leave it there.

Luke I do not know where you got the investment club idea? Our investments are selected buy Sophia's grandparents who are knowledgeable investors. With many many years of reading financials and stock selections. Everyone have a few bad stock selections. At this point IDC falls in the very bay selection. NO INVESTMENT CLUB, LUKE YOU CONTINUE TO REFERENCE A CLUB DO YOU OPERATE OUT AN INVESTMENT CLUB?

    Oneinvestor59,
I totally agree that GA and Louis have invested a lot of time and money, but keep in mind that they also have a lot of money. This gives GA sometime to keep himself busy and active with world travels. I believe that he would like to see some thing happen with The Answer. But none of the insiders would lose their homes, Expensive cars, or miss a meal, if it goes to zero. Most of us have invested to increase our retirement, after 17+ years I am retired and IDC has NOT HELPED MY RETIREMENT. Even if I invested all my money in BRk-B at $1000 a share, I would have $12,700 for each shares. There are numerous stocks like PG, PEPSI, KO, etc. That Would have given you extremely great returns over the last17 years. I did not invest in IDC to have it move (if it ever does) after I die or to leave for grand and great grand children. IDC to date is by far the most disgusting stock I have ever owned. Most of us are way below our break even price. All I can say if IDC ever moves to $3, $10, $30 it better move fast like over night because most of us old investors will be selling fast over $1.00.

  • Bid 0.33. Asking. 0.40. A wide gap. No buy interest in the mid to high 0.30s. Looks like we will continue to sit in the 0.30s! The promises in the report can not over come NO MAJOR CONTRACTS, REVENUE Or EARNINGS. And stock continues to be stuck in the 0.30s with a higher potential to move Lower than Higher.

  • sophia3jan by sophia3jan May 30, 2014 1:19 PM Flag

You can read all of the positive statements in the report, but the truth is in the numbers. I will just mention three things to keep this short. 1. Cash dropped 600% quarter to quarter, 2. Revenue dropped 100% quarter to quarter, 3. Also someone is being paid $990,213 each quarter (Who? GA? Management? I am not aware of any preferred stock or interest paid to investors who purchased shares at 0.42). The most concerning issue is the EXTREME drop in cash! Will IDC file for bankruptcy making the existing stock worthless and issue new stock. Such Enron, Morrison Kundson, Lasertechics, on and on.

    PEPSI - Spire

It just seems like THE ANSWER would be a great fit for the Spire. Since THE ANSWER reduces bacteria and other foreign growth after the initial and many reuses.

Does any one know MUCH ABOUT the new release by Pepsi. The use of the SPIRE IN THE U.S.

Jack the question in your message. WHEN WILL WE GET TO BREAK EVEN! When will IDC need to increase production! When will order explosion take place! When will IDC have a backlog? You appear to be falling into the age long PROMISES MADE BY GA AND MANAGEMENT. I agree IF IDC ever gets to break even, increase volume, explosion in orders with a backlog. We will make money, but these empty promises have been around for YEARS!
