Daily fraud is not schizophrenic it's called securities violations. Have you ever heard of fails to deliver data? clearly not. This stock has been victimized no differently from what Ackman did to Herbalife. A large put holder acting in concert with others have deliberately coordinated -- illegally to bring this stock down. Using illegal naked shorting tactics. A stock knocked down over 50% from it's recent highs on nothing but manipulation!! A stock with the 4th largest short interest in the country, and your just going to say it's just normal market gyrations? I think it's a bit more then your simplistic approach.

My favorite drone, it took you over 2 hours to come up with that drivel? Lol, never mind that, never mind is not one word! lmao so go back to Wikepedia and do some more homework. Never mind the fact that this manipulation has gone unanswered for years. Never mind the fact that investors who were there asked direct questions and got no direct answer. Never mind the fact that I never told anyone whether to attend or not, I made my own observation. Your bested, have the maturity to admit it. I won't say go blank yourself, I won't lower myself into the gutter with you.

I'll speak the truth any time I damn well please. I do feel sorry for you considering that you spend every waking minute on a Yahoo message board. You really should get out of your mothers basement and be a part of human society.

Thanks. Notice all 3 of those fools didn't reply back, the reason: the truth hurts. The biggest joke is the knuckleheads who think I'm a basher. If I was a basher would I throw my boiler room masters under the bus? Lmao! legitimately complaining about the naked shorting that has driven us down on Goldman BS? I'm convinced they won't take action because of the 9 million shares they gave BofA to short. Which for the life of me I still can't believe they accepted as terms around the convertibles. Thank God they come due in less then 90 days.

Did you attend? if you're such a big time guru, why didn't you attend? Maybe because it wasn't worth it? Look in the mirror! Was their anything said today that addressed MY ORIGINAL POST??? They avoided addressing fraudulent trading in their stock. No, you're going to sit there and try and act so cavalierly and cherry pick one line? It's clear you failed reading comprehension in Junior High School!

First I'm not a short. Second learn how to spell. Third I'm talking about fraudulent traders who counterfeit stock. Get the fails to deliver data you tool.
Fourth you're a complete fool for not completing grammar school.

  • So they are content to do nothing? they know perfectly well the stock is manipulated everyday, this issue is not new news to them. I would have hoped given the 6 billion dollar fines given to the 6 major banks about price fixing just yesterday, would have at least forced them to acknowledge the problem. But if you acknowledge their is blatant manipulation, that forces you to deal with it. So they regurgitated the same pathetic response. I guess if you're them and your making a $500,000.00 per year in salary what do they care about the current stock price. They can sit there and just wait while we the shareholders lose our equity under false pretenses. I feel sorry for those that attended, it was a complete waste of time and money.

Sanofi will do as they please, when they please. This management team? it's best if they never speak, every time they do it's more fuel for the naked short HFT #$%$ to spin. Medical people should leave and hire on executives who actually know how to POSITIVELY promote their stock. This management team is becoming more and more of a liability everyday that goes by. I would love an activist investor like an Icahn or anybody like him to come into the stock and effectively take the reins forcibly.

That's a very morbid prism to view it through, it may be the case, but a lot of traders are already leaving for the weekend. Especially now that the Fed has released the minutes they can mop up all the loose ends and head for The Hamptons.

  • It has that type of trading volume today. They may as well take some profits for extra Memorial Day funds. The overall market volume will get lighter as people leave NYC for the long weekend ahead.

    Yahoo bid/ask question

Unfortunately, we had our big news event, and the shorts attacked right there. Now they know that news will not be forthcoming for sometime, barring enrollment of a 3rd patient. We have progressed, the naming of a new IRB moved the stock in 2014 not now. Now options, although they have just started have to be monitored carefully ie: Are they selling naked calls and longing puts? or buying the calls out of nervousness on the short stock.

I believe in the science of the company, I believe in the management. The cash position is sound. However, being a small cap bio-tech does bring in the same "cartel" of coordinated short attacks. They run the same playbook over and over again without any fear of retribution, as the SEC is useless. My immediate concern, is I am seeing the playbook being run here. The solution: you have to be able to maintain a very long term view with the capital invested here. If you can, you won't mind the manipulation. We should have gone up on the patient update. We were not overpriced, and it wasn't baked in. Look carefully at the intra-day trading, a key poker tell is an illegal practice called "layering" putting in multiple orders of 100/200 phantom shares to walk down the price.

Entire NASDAK on verge of collapse...

A word to the wise child, if you're going to attempt to become a paid loser troll, at least learn how to properly spell NASDAQ. First and last donation. Now to the ignore pile.

  • Follow the people who run the company. CVX has increased their dividend for 25 years, it's going to suddenly stop, because a firm that blew their call on oil can't be mature enough to admit they were wrong?
We have new properties coming online the second half of the year. Low geo-political risk, the likelihood of 20% revenue increases for the next 6 years. Low debt to equity, and these fools expect oil to drop? these are the same fools who said oil was going to $30.00 this year!!!! they're wrong on everything!

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • southshoretrader southshoretrader May 18, 2015 9:57 AM Flag

Yeah, right nice try. Goldman has been wrong on the price of oil for over 7 months!! the day an insider buys a massive block, they downgrade??? Golden Craps has been going down now for a year. Their "calls" are based on being on the wrong side of the trade. The shutting down of rigs, at the speed of which they shut them was another misjudgement. That firm is the biggest con on Wall Street, time to boot Blankfein, the only reason he's not under indictment is because he has powerful allies in this White House. Plain and simple.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • Full redemption of long term debt, and a completely clean slate on the credit, coupled with very good margin improvement. Give Debney and his CFO full credit, they were given an agenda: improve the balance sheet and take market share, they have been very good at both.

I have confidence we'll get the military contract as well, when it's up for bid.

With the debt being paid off,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,I now can finally smell a dividend,,,,,,,,,that means shorts are toast. Plus we are buying back stock. That's accretive to the bottom line. This should start it's long overdue move to $20.00 per share. If it were any other industry, we'd be over $20.00 a long time ago. But Ofeckless only has 18 months left to destroy this country, and his own party is beginning his lame duck status. It will begin in earnest with the Iran nuclear vote, that's when the real break begins, even Senate Democrats aren't stupid enough to let the Iranians gain proliferation.

  • The June $5's started the day with O/I of 2780 today 4441 have traded. Every call series is up on heavy volume. I was hoping to see this type of activity, as it could be viewed as bullish confirmation of a trend reversal. Even more prevalent given it's options expiration day.

Thank you Jeffries for putting out a genuine analysis of the facts. I hope other firms follow suit.

BS fake 100/200 share orders that don't exist to walk it down. I can't wait for Paul to hit them in the coming days with a good PR and wreck their bs naked short counterfeiting con.

  • Their part of the fraud was to naked short at the open and the close. Exactly what's happening here today, I'd like to find out who the perpetrators are in this case and report it to Finra and the SEC.

I agree 100%. Look at the evidence, all of the sudden 2 new bashers appear? it's that turd puppy chow taking orders from the boiler room. I have contacted yahoo and have lodged a complaint as his group have illegally removed my posts from yesterday.
Paul and Grant have worked to hard to have a group of criminals try to smear their success. I believe they will counter sue and expose the belly of the beast. This cartel and in particular this "firm" are all part of a criminal ring. I have seen this playbook many times before, and I don't think they want to blow up a lucrative illegal entity by being exposed in court. So maybe they'll see the immediate response and back away from this one. Not willing to risk exposure.
