hahahah, I am talking reality, you are biased. I am not biased. Who cares about since WWII, I am talking the last 2 decades.... Facts are facts, mix bias in there and you won't make as much.
the fall of its shares have been justifiable by the following press releases.
Sad, but I think there is insider trading in Cyanotech, has been for yrs and yrs now.
The SEC is unfunded by the GOP Congress it always has been.
I suspect they held back results to not infuriate there new large east coast usa investor fund, since it was the end of 2nd qtr. CYAN board of dir. reminds of that idiot in traffic who switches lanes constantly while 1/2 hr. later he still right along side you chatting on his cell phone.
sour grapes because you wished you sold a point or two higher. CYANotech has a miserable board of directors and with its largest shareholder approving of all poor decisions, the co. is going NOWHERE.
when they take down the economy with their miserable decisions I am sure , somehow,
they will blame government, and hence the issue will repeat itself
because they never really solved the problem. I believe there are leaks
to the financial results , the stock action reflects it.
lower energy prices, a super weak New Zealand dollar defeated all purposes of moving extraction out of NZ Management decisions have become short term fixes that fix nothing. And once again, an incredibly over paid miserable board of directors.
meanwhile the New Zealand dollar has crashed vs. the USA dollar and so would have costs if they continued using NZ, now they are stuck with high cost Hawaii.
incredibly poor financial and inventory controls, yuck.
its never occurred with any CFO nor CEO at CYAN. The Co. has never spoken to investors. Meanwhile the BOD is considerably OVERPAID for a Co. the size of CYAN. Those getting stock options ONLY benefit from the OPAQUENESS of this co. getting shares cheap.
Did the insiders have a vested interest in keeping the price down down down?
So they could immediately profit from the weakness they created
by delaying the 10K? Seems so.
