  • Buy this POS. How can it, Randy Harl's past performance spells doom for this issue.

There is a reason the company actively trying to find his replacement. He has driven the company into the ground.......................

Thanks GB.............but you will never get little Billy T to admit that WG insiders have never really purchased any meaningful amount of shares with their own money. I have known this player for a decade and a half. He lives in his own world with his own propaganda.

Reality is, Randy Harl will yet again fock the next quarter up with some excuse, another O&G review for non-performance, etc, etc, etc.

How can a stock go up when there is no positive PR? WG probably believes that $.24 per share will cause the stock to go up. No it will not. It will sell off hard as Harl's continual statements of hope, "Y'all know why we are going to do good", are always followed by Randy Harl's failures of financial performance.

But let little Billy T live in his world. If it goes up, we all sell anyway..............

  • Share price for CalAmp. Good luck bagholders.................

what happened to all the chatter on this board?

When one does not own any shares of a company why would one post on that message board.
When BT1 and Dbtunr are having a posting, they are in fact having a conversation with themselves/himself. They are both the same person: one John Howard X-convict................

No, it is time to spend the $480,000 that Spanspur made on CDTI. It's been real, the best to the two of you.

    Barack OBama: Coward and Chief

    by spanspur Jul 8, 2014 1:54 AM
spanspur spanspur Jul 8, 2014 8:29 AM Flag

Add this just released by Fox. They documented the travel of a new arrival (female) who after detention was transferred from Texas to the state of Maryland for processing. 4 days of travel on a bus, then a court hearing wherein she was instructed to report in 10 days. The undocumented new arrival gave an address in Maryland. When she did not show up for her immigration hearing the authorities went to the address she had given. You guessed it, she wasn't there. Less than 20% of the detainees show up for their hearing, instead they become part of our society.

There you have it sports fans. The OBama administration just transported an illegal alien from Texas to Maryland. Health care screening, food and travel, clothing, etc. Welcome to America.................

Now she will be able to receive full benefits as soon as she has a child.

Unbeknownst to most American citizens the OBama administration was openly soliciting bids back in December and January of 2013/14 for private transportation contractors that would be able to facilitate large quantities of children and younger detainees throughout the nation to various detention facilities. When asked about the current situation at the southern border in Texas, Barack OBama replied, "it's the first I have heard of it. I read about it in the newspapers"..........................pretty much describes the first 6 years of his time spent in the White House.

  • Billy T was OBama's biggest and most ardent supporter. Little Billy T loved OBamacare, his leadership, and everything about the first family. He promoted OBama, stating that he is a great president. IRS tyranny against the people, Fast & Furious, the financial disaster know as OBamacare, Eric Holder held in Comtempt of Congress, missing e-mails, foreign policy a total disaster, and president OBama has not attended a 9 am intelligence briefing in over 3 years, and this just off the presses, the current head of DHS has no government experience in handling an agency of this size, scope, and importance (he was an OBama financial supporter).

4,000+ dead in Iraq..................................tens of thousands wounded and injured. For nothing. Meanwhile OBama will travel to Texas this week to do yet another $35,000 per plate fund raiser. He does at least 10 a month. But the president refuses to go to the border to watch or be affiliated with the invasion of America.

And yes, little Billy T loves Hillary and has already spoken so highly of her, declaring that she will be his next president. But what does it matter what involvements the Clinton's have had. When Chelsea is buying a $10 million condo, and is being paid $600,000 per year by NBC for not showing up for work ($16,000 per minute for the air time she had in 2013). I mean, when Chelsea's father-in-law is a convicted felon who embezzled $200 million, hey, it will be business as usual in the next Clinton White House.

Real shame Mitt Romney was not elected. Billy T didn't vote for him..........................

ZERO Cost options are not purchases. They are gifts. When was the last time someone in management actually spent their own money on shares? If you are trying to use words to have readers believe that insiders at WG have actually bought 1.35 million shares with their own money, then you sir are a liar.

But good try. Actually purchases by WG insiders over the last 2 years are miniscule and everyone with a brain can read and see that. But in your world FREE zero cost option shares go down as purchases.

Sooner it goes to $75 per share the happier my 30k remaining shares will be cashed out. But John, why do not you tell everyone on this board that I am the reason that you are here in the first place, yet once again, as I have made you millions of $$ in the markets. But hey, why deal in the truth.

How about this truth. Spanspur has already culled $600,000 from WG. But with an enterprise value at $1 Billion why not sell 90,000 shares, which I did on the way up. You remember, I was buying at $3.40 long before you had ever heard of WG.

And just for the record you are stating that WG owes no more money to the Nigerians, and that the payments due in 2015 & 2016 have already been made. Is this correct? Or is Spanspur out-to-lunch again?

  • Randy won't touch his own stock. And the other purchases are small insignificant buy from a long time ago.

ZERO cost options do not count.

What #? You mean WG management did not say they were going to pay down the debt another $90 million this year? Last year they said $100 million and didn't come close. So time is running out, they need to pay down $90 million. Where am I wrong?

Stop with the personal attacks. Try and stick with the financials. Trillion $$ deal? Get off the crack John. I thought you said you gave it up after the heart attack?

  • There really is no way for the stock to continue higher from these levels. Whatever #'s are reported next quarter they will be suspect. Everyone clued to the stock and the company realizes that Randy and company failed to complete and collect on two large jobs that will show up this quarter.

Then what? "Y'all know why we are going to do good"..............just will not cut it anymore. Not at this valuation.
WG literally does not have a PR program that creates market perception.

It will be interesting to see just how much WG management pays down on the debt. Time is running out for them to come up with to make their $90 million self proclaimed pay down target. Last year they made similar boasts and never came close to the the $100 million they wanted to pay down. Of course, this is WG.
The entire industry is soaring and WG has not produced a GAAP, or non-GAAP, profit in years.

Just the facts. Unfortunately little Billy T has trouble understanding that the company has no way to actually make money.....................bloated, good ole boy club. Only thing that raises share price is the announcement
that Randy Harl's successor has been hired.

    John,

Thanks for the humor on a Monday morning. I thought the inclusion of QuickToSmile was a nice touch on the WG board.

Not to worry about Spanspur, I am essentially out of the market after harvesting millions of $$. You know, the equity markets are very much over extended imo. But hey, MRO has worked out well........

    Have a nice week.

"Two insiders buy 80K shares and immediately have a tax bill of $315K for exercising these options"..................two insiders did not buy anything, they were given at ZERO cost shares in the company amount to about 1/4 of 1% of the the entire company for FREE.

No moronski, they exercised the options because they know they have made a huge profit..............................

Like I said before, finally the company shows a profit in a quarter. What has it been? 6 years? Who can remember, it has been that long. JP Morgan owns the company now.

Stop worrying about Spanspur, I am now retired because of the stock market.
Multi-something or other. Have a nice 4th convict...........

  • You're smarter than that. WG just gave away 80,000 shares to the CFO and another cluck for $.00.

Much different that buying on the open market.

WG is as crooked a stick as there is in the oil and gas construction business. Bloated, behind the curve, and the only jobs they get are the ones nobody else wants.

I sure hope you are right, I need another $1 million cash for some more RE.

"Y'all know why we are going to do good"........................Randy Harl after announcing yet another disappointing quarter with disappointing financials 2 1/2 months ago.

But I do like the sandbag action on the two jobs that were not reported last quarter. If the company does not report a solid profit this quarter it never will.

So John, when the company reports $.29 per share profit at the next cc, that's what I am hearing, and the stock sells off $4 or $5 per share, is this the "something big" that you are referring to?

CAMP's Tracking Business Losing Market Share

    by spanspur Jul 3, 2014 10:01 AM
spanspur spanspur Jul 3, 2014 12:28 PM Flag

    I know.....................the truth hurts.

Don't be mad at Spanspur, when you can send Jim Cramer an angry e-mail about his firms assessment of a "dead cat bounce", and his strong SELL, SELL, SELL on CAMP.

But good luck CAMP bag holders.

Been with CAMP over 20 years...................there is no way to grow the business. Management knew in advance that the only way to create the illusion of prosperity was to make an acquisition (WM), and of course this is why they are selling stock on the open market at record highs.

Just think, you are paying $700 million for a company that was doing $180 million in revenues prior to the acquisition, WM supposedly brought $80 million in revenues with its purchase, and now the company does $236 million in revenues. You are all smart boyz and girlz..................eventually you'll figure it out.

Train control gone, CAT insignificant, Brazil a bust, Europe is hope and pray, and there has been a real loss of $10 to $14 million in revenues. But hey, its the Internet of Things. LMAO!

    "Weasels like him do that"............................LMAO.

John, when do you tell the CDTI board that you are both little billy t and dbtunr?

You Americans are so funny! You are still angry because Spanspur exited CDTI with a $480,000 profit......................there is no reason to be angry billyt/dbtunar just because you sold your cdti shares back in October/November of 2013 just before the Roth Capital artificial massage. That's what it says right here in your monthly Fidelity statements.

But the Spur was there, reaped a grand profit, and now I lay on the beach everyday with my beautiful younger girlfriend.

John, you sir are the biggest nut job on the Yahoo finance message boards.

  • When the WM deal was done CAMP was doing $180 million in revenues. WM brought with it $80 million in revenues. Now more than a year later CAMP is doing slightly less than $240 million in revenues, in other words a $60 million revenue boost from WM.

What happened? Brazil is a bust, Europe is insignificant, but management sold this to everyone a big win.
The CAMP loons refuse to recognize the obvious. Declining revenue inclusion, and competition is everywhere.

CAMP use to have approximately 5% to 7% of worldwide MRM business. Today CAMP has around 2% of worldwide demand. Unfortunately, not only has CAMP lost market presence and revenues that they purchased, but competition is taking their share.

But it just sounds so good........................."the internet of things". LMAO.

    CAMP more than fully valued.

  • LMAO. There is no way in hell CAMP is worth $700 million as an enterprise.
    Same struggling company different year.......

  • There has been ZERO growth in the last 2 years. Camp management purchase revenues from WG. Brazil is failing and was channel stuffed, Europe no different. CAT insignificant and not rolling out as management said it would. There has virtually been NO GROWTH!
