No, I'm still holding my shares. I've decided to wait it out and see what happens. Like I said last week, I didn't think they were going to report earnings today. We all know there won't be anything good to report and when you consider how late it is in the game for them right now(being delisted) it doesn't matter anymore if they report earnings or not. The damage is already done. They are actually better off not reporting. No news is good news in this case. Take care hlin. :)
I'm glad to see VELT had a good finish. We'll see what they have to say tonight. That's if they report tonight. Congrats are in order if you sold today.
Take care hlin.
re:"I dont think they would lie
look it up"
I believe you. It's just that for a company that is into advertising, you would think VELT would have had that story posted on this site back when it came out. Typical Velti to miss another opportunity.
I'm thinking he's somehow related to those kaboom clowns. He probably didn't make the cut so they decided to keep him here in an attempt to earn back his clown stripes. Unfortunately, he isn't doing so well.
re: "for V. is investment and is at the bottom, and many many people are interested in this one, so you still act like you don't get it?"
No hlin, I understand this stock perfectly. You, on the other hand, seem to be either in complete denial or you are one of the biggest con artist ever to posts on this board. For you to say there are many many people interested in this stock, which continues to hit new all time lows just about every other day, is utterly ridiculous. The only people interested in VELT are traders like you, me and Demichael.
re: " For ACHN, don't say that is my stock, that is yours and is very risky as you said always. So did you make your profit yet on this? "
Yes, I sold ACHN this morning for a little profit. Not long ago I thought you said you would buy some shares if ACHN broke through the $3.50 resistance barrier? No?
That's funny you would say ACHN is risky(which it is) but yet you seem perfectly fine with gambling on a stock(VELT) that already has one foot in the grave. lol.
Yes, I agree anything is possible, however, there is a big difference between ALVR and VELT.
ALVR had very little debt to begin with, had only few million shares O/S and unlike VELT, they kept their shareholders in the loop. BTW, that was a very good pick up on your part in buying ALVR at the very bottom...18. You couldn't have timed that purchase any better. Let me know when you plan on buying shares in VELT. GL.
Hi hlin. I see you have a new alias. So, did you buy anymore shares this morning? If not, don't worry there are still plenty of shares available. Remember what I said yesterday for today's closing price prediction.
ps.. I see your ACHN is climbing once again. Don't forget to take profits when they present themselves. Good luck.
The reason I asked was to see how much faith you have in this company. The more shares a person holds in a company the stronger their conviction is towards that company. My measly 4k shares should tell you exactly how I feel about this company. I have said since day one this stock should be viewed strictly as a trade.
re:"So what is now at this new low point? Sell or Buy?"
My advice would be to wait a little longer to hear what they have to say regarding all of their issues. There is always a slim chance something positive could happen. Like I said before, in order for the stock price to move up they will have to release some news. The ball is in their court, they are the ones responsible for seeing their stock trade higher. At this point in the game I would think most longs are in this to the very end. Hell, what's another 10% loss if you are already down 90%, right?
Now, if you were to ask me what are the chances of them reporting good news,I would have to say given the fact that they have yet to report anything positive up to this date, indicates to me the chances are very slim there will be anything newsworthy to report. Today is the 4th of December which according to Yahoo, is the day they supposedly are to report earnings. My guess is they will NOT report earnings. I hope I am wrong.
Okay hlin, since you have so much faith in this company, how come you won't divulge your holdings? What are you afraid of ?
I told you my current holdings, Demichael told all of us his current holdings, what about you?
Yesterday it dropped to .34 and then a few hours later it bounced to .369. If you are looking to play VELT my advice would be don't stay too long. This thing has doom written all over it. Good luck coinorth."............My words from 3 months ago.
So lets see,VELT was trading at .34-.35 cents back on September 4th, nearly 3 months ago and now it's trading at .07-.08 cents a share. That is a drop of nearly 80% in less than 3 months.
Yep, I would say an 80% drop in stock price fits the description of "doom", pretty well.
re:"He's as wishy washy as anyone else. Fortunately, the market knows where this is headed"
I've been trying to tell him that for a while now. The market is telling us which direction this is heading, but for some reason he thinks we are the ones making it go lower. Hlin philosophy is if everyone would simply have a little faith in the company then everything will be okay. Unfortunately, as you know, that isn't how the markets operate. The stock market is like the juggle...only the strong survive.
re:"By the way, you never mentioned ACHN is very risky before??"
Go back through my posts and you will see I have said pharma stocks are risky and are NOT for the faint of heart. Have you or have you not heard me say that many times before?
re:' You don't know about the Co. then don't involve here."
So, what are you telling us hlin? That you have inside information? I'll say this much, I may not know much about this company, but I know an awful lot about how this stock trades. I've been here quite a bit longer than you hlin and I have been correct on just about every call I have ever made on VELT. Ask Ed Harris if you don't believe me. What about your track record hlin? Since you have been here, I think you may have played this trade correctly maybe 2 to 3 times tops. I suspect you are underwater right now. Not counting my last purchase which was several months ago at .345 for only a few thousand shares, (currently holding 4k shares at an average of .357) I can honestly say I've been successful trading VELT 9 out of the last 9 times. My track record of trading VELT speaks for itself. That is the main reason why I post here hlin. I'm trying to warn the new investors here that this company is NOT shareholder friendly. They never have been. You will see for yourself in due time. Just be ready to take some profits if the opportunity arises. Good luck .
So, between the 70k shares he bought today(sub .07) and the 56k shares he bought last week at .086, I would say Demichael is probably averaged in somewhere around .074. I wish him all the luck in the world.
re:" see they( MM's) ran VELT up on the last couple of trades. Typical tape painting. That tells me they still have a ton of shares to get rid of. There you go HLIN. Your opportunity to buy all the shares you want on Friday. You better hurry up and put your order in now because those shares surely won't last at these bargain basement prices.BTW, nice call on your closing price prediction of .12. You were very close. "...post of mine from last Wednesday when VELT was trading nearly 30% higher.
Well hlin, did you buy any shares last Friday? If not, don't worry, I'm sure there will be plenty of shares for sale once again tomorrow.
My advice to all the newbies out there is simply this.... wait for Velti to release some positive news before you stick another nickel in this losing stock. Good luck to all.
re: "I don't think I am pumping instead that is the way about the investment, especially for Velti,PLC , I know they will survive and you or some bashers like to say about BK words etc.I know that VELT will go up much higher in the future because I know my source in Asia market, and have FAITH in the restructure of the Co."
Hlin, I don't think you are pumping, I KNOW you are pumping. Any sane person on this board would agree, you are a pumper. No question about it. Your comments, which I quoted in my last post, are proof enough. As to ARIA and ACHN. Like I said to you before, those stocks are pharma stocks and are very risky. They are not for the faint of heart. I had a chance to sell my ACHN stock yesterday when it hit $3.65, but I got greedy. Today it retraced all the way back to my average price of $3.15.Fortunately, it bounced a little at the close to finish at $3.26. That's just how those stocks trade. They can be quite volatile at times.
As to your question, "why am I here?" I am here to warn newbies of people like you. People who constantly talk of better days ahead yet the ship continues to sink lower and lower. Let me ask you a question hlin, who is better off financially, investors who heeded the warning calls from guys like Edgar, Homer and infinitewisdumb, or investors who took the advice from people like you?
