I appreciate yoI ur views Brian and Rubyhouse ;The state of ms has given them just a few more months to move to develop their property or their license runs out. Ms. now requires more capital investment than ever. They allowed Jimmy Buffet's Margarittville in w/o any amenities and that is no over. Rotate Black has a great site on the Gulfport Harbor right next to the beautiful new small craft harbor/park. They have for what ever reason been unable to raise the 150 million. I still think it is a great site,great location,right on heavily traveled 1-10 ,35 minutes east of New Orleans . Is there anything to protect the stockholders or can they do as they will?
The price of the land should reflect more value per the stock price. If Brad is correct can DHCC legally just steal from investors w/o any checks and balances? Advice???
The state of Mississippi is making all new casinos spend much more on infastructure . The require a larger square footage per casino floor and a 4 star hotel . DHCC has a great location but not much more ...this stock with an announcement could go to 1.50 but as time goes by the more shaky it will be.
