It's probably Arena. From what I heard, when he ran (and I use that term loosely) AUGT, he used to read the message boards and make certain decisions/statements based on comments/sentiments on a friggin message board. Yep, he was a regular Jack Welch lol.

You can't be serious, right? Bradley blew smoke up everyone's #$%$ as to how much the patents were worth. Arena intentionally mislead investors related to guidance and many other things that ultimately resulted in an SEC investigation being launched against the company after he was fired. Arena also had NO backup plan for financing when the Yahoo! case was dismissed, and had to go as far as to borrow money from members of the BOD along with individual investors so the company could stay afloat for a couple of weeks until they could arrange a financing because Arena had run the company out of money. Arena has been gone from HIPP (formerly AUGT for about a year and two months. In that time, they had to do a complete restructuring of the business, cut a huge amount of expenses and basically try to bail themselves out of a sinking ship that Arena and team punched all the holes in.

It's really easy to boost a company's share price when you make false, misleading and IMO borderline fraudulent statements to the investment community. Ask the guys at WorldCom and Enron about that. Was their management great too?

Here's a really easy one for you: Arena and Bradley have been involved in multiple companies together and individually. Can you show me ONE of them that has ultimately succeeded? Let me save you some time researching, between the two of them, there are none. This is another scam the two of them are using to line their own pockets at the shareholders' expense.
