If Iran will sign the deal - oil will drop again. Yes, we will have higher dividend next time, but then it will drop again
Assuming that they produce same 287,398 in oil and same 523,622 in gas. Assuming that average price of oil was $58 and for gas $2.7. Assuming that they will have same actual and projected expenses (12,965,688). Assuming that we have same outstanding 18,400,000 shares.
With all those assumptions, cash for distribution available: 4,575,458. Therefore Cash distribution per share is 0.24. That is my guess
Can someone explain table in Yahoo about major holders for each stock. Is number representing actual number of stocks or in hundreds, thousands? For example: Bank of America has 2000. Only 2000? If those are actual numbers, then less than million are holding in top institutions (be precise 785337). Total cap is more than 42 mils. Who then holding another 41 million shares?
You know you are speaking deberesh! People come here to get info. Instead, we are taking your #$%$, like "see, I said so" Kindergarten!
Kot, there will be higher dividend, no question if they are producing. Is it anyway possible to check if they actually still producing? I dig info from their website, but it is always echo of what was done and not what is going on.
There is no ROC for AGNC. All pure dividend! I checked tax statement. For ARR, NLY, RSO - answer - Yes they pay return of principal. AGNC is paying pure divident and you taxed for dividend
Why you then still keep them? Otherwise why you are here?
Are you trying to help clueless people of cover yours?
I am trying to buy for 3.71 and not successful all day.
Why keep 1.86 position and not to sell it for 3.8?
From last article on yahoo: As of the date of this press release, 99.9% of the Trust’s total 18,400,000 units outstanding were held by Cede & Co., which is The Depository Trust Corporation’s nominee, as the official unitholder of record.
I am afraid this one (WHZ) will fall close to a dollar after ex-divi date.
Is that possible that one company owes around 99% of trust. I was always thinking that it illegal, unless this company issuer. Can some one explain or give a clue what is going on. Please! I am about to sell and take a huge loss.
