    dr7000
#1 , it is not 16 million ( you base that on B/S and ignorance )
#2 the fact that Kap doesn't know how to find it in SEC does not change the fact , that is were the info comes from
#3 what holders and amounts you see are for the date of the filing (that day only)

maybe I will give you an example of one so you can see how this works
dr7000 was able to find the other stuff I gave you from the SEC , we will see if you can do it again in the morning

    I am not short dr7000 ...

who knows what the stock will do , it is a traders stock , not value or growth

oh yes , charts are better than crystal balls
I see a lot of B/S floating around , from "putes" to calling broker , to Ameritrade
are all of you so stupid that you don't know Ameritrade , Nasdaq , Reuters , etc get their info from SEC filings
    I know Kap is

somebody looking to catch a trade , you may do well (depending were you are stuck at )

    here are the facts

(they are forecasting 16% less sales this quarter , than last quarter )(per 10Q)
lets look at last quarter , and what FIT has told you

they sold 4.5 million threw 45,000 outlets over 90 days
    4500000 / 45000 = 100
    100 / 90 = 1.1
----------1.1 FIT device sold daily ( source = FIT)----------------

FIT reviews are coming down , while others are going up (source = AMZN)
FIT still having a lot of issues with rashes ( source = saferproducts . gov )

    FIT 2nd quarter per 8K
    "Revenue of $400 Million, Up 253% Year-Over-Year"----notice $400 million ----

Fitbit’s outlook for the -----third quarter------- of 2015 is as follows
Revenue in the range of $335 million to $365 million

-------$335 million to $365 million----- to last quarter of $400 million

I have no idea what they will report , there are 2 analyst covering LE
Eddies cousin named Darrell , and his other cousin named Darrell

they should be expected to report 43 cents ( a gain )
they are online , all te issue came about due to false reporting (Lamperts slight of hand )

the wanted to modify previous SEC filings , and SEC let them know real quick that could bring legal recourse

so they laid off the CEO with hush $$
some other heads rolled also (the Eddie touch) (same as SHLD)

why should LE report 7 cents ?

last year , all you could hear screaming was YOY
Lampert dumped at the highs (like always )

anything less than 43 cents, they should get pummeled

who knows what will happen , this stock has a lot of manipulation

as a trade , you may do ok
as a long term hold , Lampert thinks GPS is better , he bought GPS , not LE

  • Revenue was $768.8 million, a decline of 9.1% compared to the prior year quarter
Same store sales across all channels decreased 3.9% for the quarter
margin rate was 32.8% in the second quarter, as compared to 33.3% for the same quarter last year.

Adjusted EBITDA was a loss of $27.1 million compared to a loss of $16.1 million for the same quarter last year.

    the usual excuses

    they sold some property
The $130 million sale and leaseback transaction that closed during the quarter

the sale of their "best " properties , with higher rents , declining sales is always a plan for success right ?

only question is will SRSC or SHLD file Bankruptcy 1rst

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

CEO said he doesn't care about stock price , but of course that was when it was flying high
Garmin is starting to get better reviews as FIT reviews are starting to decline

Cramer also said to buy, no that was not to buy
I have same response about Cramer as Thamos has about Musk

    who is Cramer ?

xiaomi and a bunch others are also for sale in U.S. now, as well as India
    xiaomi
    Apple
    Garmin
    etc
are not reliant on just a flea collar like FIT

flea collars are starting to fall out of the wood work , with cheaper prices , and better reviews
Fitbit flea collar reviews are going down , while others are going up
Fitbit flea collar sales are going down , while others are going up

FIt can not compete with Apple or LG on top end
FIT can not compete with Garmin or xiaomi on low end

but hey , you have the ultimate trader on your side

traderrob88 / aka duffless with his thought out thesis
just look at his comments , all the facts and perfect trades

    yeah ...right ....another loser
enjoy the dead cat bounce it is short lived

just exactly what is FIT growth rate ?
(they are forecasting 16% less sales this quarter , than last quarter )(per 10Q)
lets look at last quarter , and what FIT has told you

they sold 4.5 million threw 45,000 outlets over 90 days

"Putes" needs to buy more stock to satisfy their buy order
    wah wah wah
give it up cry baby , you don't have a clue what you are talking about

I will put some numbers up for you tomorrow that will certainly give pause to FIT selling like mad , and use Fitbit's statement to do it

FIT recently said they have 45,000 outlets selling devices (think about that )

lets see if you are smart enough to figure it out

Question - FIT was Valued as a $20.00 IPO

    by meningioma Sep 1, 2015 3:42 PM
spirallocks spirallocks Sep 1, 2015 4:25 PM Flag

"you should pay what YOU think the stock is worth"
    that I agree with
you may find it is not worth the IPO price
a very large portion of IPO's test lower prices than IPO's

TSLA rode $16 for 2 years before it took off
    SHAK, FIT are/were manipulation

FIT does not have the advantage SHAK "had" with small float , and no options

why would anybody think FIT is worth even $20 ?

several other flea collar vendors out their that are just as good

FIT reviews are going down also
the comparison to Apple is stupid
Apple is not reliant on a flea collar , they have a multitude of other businesses they are in
    (that make $$ )

FIT is forecasting a loss in 4rth quarter

hard to compete when somebody else has a $15 flea collar
and FIT sure as he77 can't compete with Apple or LG on teh high end

Garmin's flea collar sales improved 2nd quarter also , and yet they are not reliant on it

FIT is "reliant " on flea collars

they better get that rash issue fixed , or they will be recalling every tracker sold
    new ones have same complaints

  • spirallocks spirallocks Sep 1, 2015 1:32 PM Flag

obviously kennrth doesn't know how they are structured either
    they buy from SHLD ,
------not allowed to deal with Brands direct----
they are also required to maintain a minimum space for Kenmore
(which is not a brand ) it is a logo sticker on a Brand
( that handcuffs you to the worst service in the industry )

they will continue to do so until SHLD goes Bankrupt
those old contracts with SHLD have another 2 years on them

the 2 of them together don't have buying power , much less a bunch of consignment stores
and that is what SHOS is now a days

that is why store count stays about the same

real owners are checking out , and $25K consignment stores are checking in

    Chinese made ,
FIT is the one with the "recall" , and expect several more , as their new line is still causing severe rashes

FIT and FLEX are both named in the Jswbone lawsuit

Flextronics International Inc., which previously made Jawbone products and now makes Fitbits, also is named in the trade complaint and accused of stealing trade secrets.

The ITC voted to investigate this , so the lawsuit is very real
    so are the rashes

how long has that been closed ?
an article from Nov 17, 2008
"Sears Shuttering 19 Stores Early Next Year"

Other stores scheduled to close in early February include a Kmart in Fairmont, MN

gosh golly day , you mean fast Eddie was closing stores back in 2008 ?
those must have been just the stores that were losing money right ?

manipulation can only carry this so far , and then this house of cards will collapse

a cure for that pesky little rash they cause ?
still numerous complaints coming in about the rash
while some say it is the cheap glue they use , some say it is the cheap electronics mixing with sweat and soap

    FIT says
" (8/18/2015) Fitbit is aware that skin irritation affects a very limited number of consumers who use wearable devices "

they seem to say that a lot if you look at the list of complaints

not heard anything about the others doing that

Xiaomi makes a flea collar that is cheaper , and comparable to FIT

they were 3rd in 2nd quarter , and are staring to sell in the U.S. and have partnered with India as well

Xiaomi are selling for about $15 , a flea collar equal to FIT for far less money , and no rash

to compare Apple to FIT is stupid

if you were intelligent , you would know comparing Apple to the flea collar FIT makes is stupid to start with

Xiaomi makes a flea collar that is cheaper , and comparable to FIT

they were 3rd in 2nd quarter

while FIT is losing market share , some others are gaining it

maybe you should go fishing ....LOL

  • second quarter ended August 1, 2014.
sales and services, net increased 5.4% to $347.2 million

Diluted earnings per share were $0.37 in the second quarter (2014) compared with $0.35 in 2013

one has to wonder why Eddie wanted to modify "previous filings"

not every day that a CEO gets laid off , and that is what happened to Hubert
