I owned 10,000 shares of BBEP which I sold in early December for about a $60,000 loss in 2014. I just rebought the 10,000 shares for about $5 with commission and about $60,000 less than I sold it for. Thus I lucked out. I still own 10,000 shares and have about $60,000 to invest elsewhere. I'm riding it out with my position. Unfortunately my income is down.
I looked at the recent LGCY presentation on their web site. I apparently don't understand the information because it looked good to me and management has a lot of confidence. They indicated that they had almost $950 million in borrowing capacity and they touted their 22% distribution. What am I missing that it appears everyone else knows?
