Take advantage of it and buy more. People are idiots. Doesn't take a genius to figure out this company is hitting on all cylinders.
"Companies, and even sectors, can be doomed, because of situations such as the inability to survive competition, the inability to generate substantial and consistent profits, the lack of new products or earnings growth, or ineffective management. Often, a value trap appears to be such a good deal that investors become confused when the stock fails to perform. As with any investment decision, thorough research and evaluation is recommended before investing in any company that appears cheap when reviewing its relevant performance metrics."
Have a great weekend. See you in 6 to 12 months sub $50.
Management has done SO MUCH RIGHT, the stock has gone from $115 in October of 2011 to $81 today. Keep drinking the kool-aid and telling yourself this has been and will continue to be a good investment.
Value trap. See you below $50 in 6 to 12 months.
Same song and dance...The beat a lowered # and guide lower for the next Qtr. Stock still hasn't reached it's highs from 2011. Management at this company is useless.
Also, take away the share buybacks and EPS figures are actually down. It's time for an activist investor to shake this company up from the top down. PITIFUL!
They'll need to settle for millions $$ in the class action suit. They did a terrible job on the call and as a result, the stock will ultimately go to zero.
A suit will be filed. Too much $$ was lost. Results were greatly exaggerated in August cc and actual unblinded data was leaked prior to the AASLD filing which explains the extremely high # of shares sold short. This stock was at $27.50 6 months ago......imo there is no way a suit isn't filed.
I've participated in one of these in the past (DNDN) and was pleasantly surprised by what I rec'd in the settlement. It's worth the effort -- not out of the ?? to recoup anywhere between 25 - 50% of your losses. Takes time, but worth it. I believe management exaggerated results in August and actual unblinded data was leaked explaining the extraordinary high amount of shares sold short.
Management dropped the ball. No way they can survive the class action lawsuits that are headed their way. Not enough cash on the balance sheet to fight it or settle out of court. Matter of time before this trades below $1.
