Thanks for sharing!!!
Your stories inspires me and my friends who are recent arrivals to the F&F investment.
Thanx very much for you great stories.
I beg you pardon, sir!
You are right and I am wrong.
'Tis as you said, in fact, as the others attest: $2.45; way up after hours!
That's a canard being promoted by media elites to drive traffic to the higher priced securities to help their hedge fund pals, eh,.
Read Philip von Dorn in "STREET" today and you will get the facts, pal.
I agree! This is a simple fix, folks.
We have a lot of vacillating in Congress; with much double speak, however; come to think of it, there is an election in 2014, and your favorite politico is using this F&F negotiations as a major "fund raising opportunity".
They will posture until they milk this deal from hedge funds and Wall Street Big Wigs, to cash in on millions to their fund-raising coffers.
In the end it will be an AIG Solution clone. It has to be. Don't buy into the noise and posturing in DC.
Yeah!!! This is a ruse, by the wealthiest individuals concocted with: "their Media friends and sympathizers" to drive traffic to benefit their own vested financial interest.
And, of course, the sheep will buy it, and get led over there; like cattle to the slaughterhouse!
Right you are!
Just read Philip van Doorn's "Fannie and Freddie Still Have Enormous Potential" in STREET, today and you will see how this thing will eventually play out.
The best written opinion on the subject to date!!!
I am so honored to be on your side, my friends. Let me just say that I am impressed!
YOU guys are tenacious street fighters!
Our cause is just because it is steep in Classic American Values.
Our side is standing up for: TRUTH, JUSTICE AND THE AMERICAN WAY!
We can't be defeated by these bears / shorts!
Let's stay strong!!!
You held your gronud and, most importantly, nobody got scared.
This is HUGE!! And you know, why?
This is a massive achievement in learning to identify "bear raids"; now FNMA & FMCC can head to even higher grounds on the sole fact that a huge number of investors can identify "bear raids" and respond in textbook fashion.
You folks ROCK!!!
They are even hearing our rallying cry in Germany; where F&F are rallying.
We are are now leading the charge against this bear raid!
The attack started overseas, but it is up to us to throw the gauntlet down and beat this "bear raid" back and so far we are shutting it down, my esteemed investing brethren.
Politicians in DC don't agree on anything these days, so I wouldn't buy into the idea that 3 senators can get the votes to do anything to F&F.
Some on the Bearish side are betting the farm on this gang of three; overlooking the important detail of intense lobbying by hedge funds with tons of money to buy votes to ensure, F&F's return to the public sector.
Mr. Berkowitz would not just throw down $2.4 Billion so cavalierly, if he wasn't sure that a backroom deal was in the works down the road.
I've learned that it doesn't take a whole lot of brains to make money in the Stock Market, you just need to find out where the smart money is going, and simply follow it.
Therefore, I would look at the Bloomberg reporting on this subject, as just noise and a diversionary tactic.
Keep your eyes on the "smart money" my friends, or you will get sidetrack, off a wining play and fall prey to background noise.
In the "psychological world of investing" this kind of behavior by shorts: affirms your conviction that you are on the right side of the play or, trade. It tells ya: you've got the right one BABY!
So many "talking heads" in the media out there throwing out their multiple guesses. I listen to all of them, however; When it comes to investing my money, I do my own thing; which is mostly contra all those "talking heads".
I pull my own strings, eh, especially when it comes to me own money!
Yeah, stick around, pal.
This mssg board is more fun than rum!
It will get better, now that the "bears & shorts" have been thrown a wicked knuckleball to the tune of $2.4 BILLION!
That is a serious, SERIOUS game changer as we chart the path forward!
What a bonanza!
He is the first to break the BILLION$$-ice; stand back and watch the stampede of hedge funds follow his lead
This is just the beginning!
Here is the PROOF:- http://www.streetinsider.com/Hedge+Funds/Berkowitzs+Fairholme+Confirms+Fannie,+Freddie+Preferred+Stock+Stake+%28FNMA%29+%28FMCC%29/8384803.html
DUUUUDE, this article is an ABSOLUTE GEM!!!
$2.4 BILLION investment in FNMA & FMCC is UBER-Bullish!!!
