Intellectually bankrupt; offered no support for anything; apparently the standards at SA are no standard at all. What a weak attempt at taking some sort of "position"....hey author, don't quit your day job. For the record the so-called piece of journalism didn't comment on any of the following:

Some of the highlights in 2014 that have marked this transition include:
-- Receiving "orphan drug" designation from the U.S. Food and Drug
Administration (FDA) for the Company's pancreatic cancer treatment, with
applications filed with the EMA and the TGA for the same status in Europe
    and Australia.

-- Development of a clinical protocol for a planned Phase 2b clinical trial
with the goal of initiating the clinical trial in 2015.

-- A preclinical study being completed evaluating the effectiveness of the
Company's pancreatic cancer treatment on the accumulation of malignant
ascites fluid often associated with the growth of abdominal cancers with
positive results that have led to a follow-up study about to be launched.

-- The establishment of a world-wide Diabetes Consortium with a number of
research agreements now in place with major universities and institutions
that will permit the development of a break-through treatment for insulin
dependent diabetes that combines Cell-in-a-Box(R) with insulin-producing

-- Progression at the University of Northern Colorado in the pursuit of
treatments for brain and other forms of difficult to treat cancers that
will combine cannabinoid or cannabinoid-like compounds with the
    Cell-in-a-Box(R) technology.

No wonder Yahoo wont link any SA articles anymore; they have become irrelevant.......

I'm not saying it !!!...It has been reported by someone that the HP did not remove the virus...technically, they can say it without creating an issue for themselves....good grief people

Hey I believe the product worked, BUT it did not remove the virus (it would need to remove 100% to technically be "removed"). So technically you can say it did not remove it if you had reason to want to say it

  • The HP did NOT remove the virus...technically true however it lessened the amount of the virus so the immune system could finish the job.....serious use of misleading statements but technically correct. Big time agendas in play here.....Always follow the money;

Please support you claim that "AEMD needs to dilute a LOT in the next two years". I have information from someone who would know that JJ is good to go for 24 months; no offerings for the next 24 months with the current estimated monthly burn rate...Dilution is a favorite card to play for those who want the stock price low...its right there in the "book", 1st Chapter. Its easy to throw that word out there but its intellectually lazy.

" was very difficult to price because of immense share price volatility and the fact that we would be asking a single healthcare focused fund to invest at a price point 100% above that of a small offering that was conducted just a month earlier"

This is true because I was approached about a month or two ago at somewhere around 0.15..(I declined, as I have close to 7 figures in shares).that was ONE short month ago. I'm surprised he got the 30 cents given the short time frame between the last offering (and yes it was small). Remember, the spike in price was mostly over a 1 week period....that's 1 week folks, IOW...quickly. I hear JJ has funds for 24 months now (not including any income generation). I understand there are many under water here; patience is all you have at this point; but it will pan out if you ignore all the "noise"...and that is what it is IMO

    Sentiment: Hold

  • sportacus95 sportacus95 Dec 5, 2014 9:24 PM Flag

This is common when these "offerings" take place...there is intense pressure on the shares to retrace to the offering price. You can argue about how its done (shorts, scare tactics, suspect "news" articles, etc). However, when it comes to the warrants, its not clear if the market ever reacts to these. I'm not aware of when the company has to disclose the exercise of warrants other than in their Q reports. This time lag protects the share price. Just because a warrant is being exercised doesn't mean its being sold. I'll let you know how it works because I have a warrant that has yet to be exercised. If you don't have a "big picture" attitude with this stock then you will get burned. The market needs "the dumb money" who trade on emotion and that sure was evident this week. Hopefully the flippers and traders got burnt and simply go away. A whole lot of shares have traded over the past 2 weeks; lots new owners here. Patience is the key here.

    Sentiment: Hold

This device is a serious threat to the drug industry. No wonder it has taken years to get the product to where it is now; thanks to Germany. JJ is touting the device as a adjunct product, but really its to replace or lower the use of drugs. The FDA cant hold this back too much longer. If you know anyone in dire straights and could use this device, then request it on a Humanatarian basis. Soon "their" refusal to do so will constitute malpractice. IMO...

Its too bad the Aethlon Hemopurifier doesn't work to reverse STUPID because I'd have highly recommended its use for those of you who are selling right now.

"Health experts say the recovery of the patient is exciting because it helps to validate the concept of removing viruses from the blood, versus, or in addition to, attempting to treat infections with anti-viral medications." AND WHAT PRODUCT DOES THAT YOU SAY ??

  • sportacus95 by sportacus95 Nov 13, 2014 8:16 AM Flag

Listen to yesterdays presentation; it is located on the AEMD website - listen twice if your have to. If after listening you don't (1) buy some shares (2) buy more shares or (3) hold your shares (do not try and trade this you will be burned); then you didn't understand what you are listening to. This has BLOCKBUSTER written all over it. The Big Medical Boys will want this; don't know where JJ stands on being bought out but you can bet offers will come in. If bashers start showing up here don't think for a moment they are "shorts"; they will be here to do what they can to keep the price depressed or want as many shares as they can get at a lower price. These kind of stocks don't come along every day...good luck to all...AEMD doesn't make the drugs, they make the drugs better (or not needed ?) - in lower doses - which lead to lower side-affects......BUY and HOLD; all good things come to those who wait.....

From Zak's Upgrade: "While AEMD had already demonstrated Hemopurifier can capture a significant amount of the Ebola virus, this was accomplished only in in-vitro studies. Human application, until this recent outbreak, was difficult given the issue of finding patients." As far as I can tell, is not Africa full of potential "patients" that could be "used" as subjects ??

One day in the not so distant future you will be able to stop into the clinic, hookup to a very small device that will filter your blood in a short matter of time as a routine procedure of overall health maintenance. You take your car into the shop for an oil change and filter, why not YOUR BODY ? Oh, and guess what product will be providing that service ?

  • sportacus95 by sportacus95 Nov 6, 2014 8:05 AM Flag

They tried the drug twice; once without the Hemopurifier - patient died; and once with the Hemopurifier - the patient survived.....hmmmm any questions ? any at all ?
