I wonder how that brilliant Vringo management knew when to dump their shares on to the general public?
Anybody here buy Vringo management's shares when they dumped them at $5. Played the market like a fiddle. Now they will probably be rewarded with additional shares by the compensation committee. What a complete a$$wipe tools like that are.
And who here thinks Wall Street isn't rigged?
Hhheeelllll is too good a place for an thief like him and the Google thieves. Amazing how over time they all start to look the same.
And Vringo;s President had the nerve to say on the conference call that he had no reason why Google continued to infringe on Vringo's patents.
Now I've heard it all.
Those Madoffs in management sure knew when to sell their stock.
Smart little nose pickers aren't they?
I'll be he would blow that jail bird Madoff constantly to learn that Chews secrets on ruining people's lives and then give the secrets to the Monkey.
Absolutely, they could read Google's brief and deny them an appeal.
Then they could turn around and grant Vringo's appeal on the Laches and damages miscalculation.
8-10% of the cases that are appealed are eventually overturned by the Appeals Court.
Pretty small number. It's a good thing Google has plenty of money to throw around.
The Appeals Court judges won't be as kind to QE's antics as HJJ has been. And the Google legal team has already had to resubmit their opening brief because they were kissing USPTO's #$%$ -- which was eventually a big mistake. LMAO
And don't forget Laches is likely to get overturned because of HJJ procedural error.
Couldn't be better for longs.
Vringo management is doing a great job lining their own pockets.
At the expense of shareholders.
It is obvious as this keeps dropping scared longs will keep selling.
I bought this stock so Vringo management could sell a boatload of shares and send it from 5.45 now down back to the 3sssss.
Thanks Perlman and the rest of the Madoffs in Vringo's management.
Welcome back to the 3sss.
It was in the 5sss until Vringo management sold a bunch of their shares.
Really hosed this stock until THE money is in Vringo's hands.
And will the greedy management running this company try to steal that as well.
Shareholders are left holding the bag -- as usual with Wall Street.
Yea, those Madoff's who collectively run Vringo sure were smart selling when they did last Wednesday.
Lots of new bag holders now who will be holding until the Supreme Court verdict!!
Madoff stole a lot of money from some really nice people.
