That leaves the current market valuation at a mere 4 million. Your point is? I'm not going to try to convince your thick-headed skull that this is a worthy investment. I pray that a new technology more powerful than stem cells comes out soon to fix your #$%$ brain.

THREE International Patents pending...one in Final Stage of Grant with two to follow, a positive International written preliminary opinion by the Patent Cooperation Treaty for all three core requirements; Novelty, Inventive Step and Industrial Applicability!...and the US Patented Stem Cell Technology verified by Millipore:)

Publication in The American Journal of Medicine, May 2014, "First in Man: Adipose-derived Stromal Vascular Fraction Cells May Promote Restorative Cardiac Function" showing positive results of cardiac function using SVFC's US Patented Stem Cell technology, brings awareness to the Regenerative Medical community and will initiate another FDA IND for Congestive Heart failure.

Recently appointed Clinical Research Organization (CRO), InVentive Clinical,is ANOTHER STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT to facilitate clinical trials and IND application for SVFC's patented technology in the research and treatment of knee osteoarthritis at the Andrews' Research and Education Foundation.

Licensing agreement with the internationally known Andrews's Research and Educational Foundation, as well as the IND to be filed for Knee Osteoarthritis, is a strategic move to position SVFC Patented Stem Cell Technology as the golden standard in the area of orthopedic/sports and regenerative medicine

Filing an IND for research and treatment of knee osteoarthritis in a consulting agreement with Dr. Anz and Dr. Hackel of the Andrews's Research and Education Foundation, will enable SVFC's pat

Wasn't trying to start a pump. Honestly if this was any other penny stock, it would have shot up in the upper pennies by now. There is some strong manipulation and ask slapping going around from the shorts (started by BBW and his crew). But look at the moving averages, it's like they're telling a story. The 200 day MA is slowly moving downwards... Now why am I mentioning this, if this 200 day MA goes near the 50+31 day and goes below them, then there will be no stopping this break-out. If we break out now, that 200 day MA of 0.008 will become resistance. Also, I agree with your concern about the pink sheets due to them not issuing their financials on time, so hopefully we will see that soon. The court case alone should have moved this stock much, much higher.

Love the medium/long term outlook though.

    Pretty straight forward eh? !

It's frustrating because this should have been in penny land a long time ago and held it's ground. The manipution is disgusting. The shorts (lead by you know who) started slapping the ask from the beginning and slowly but surely bringing it down to break 0.004... However, they did not manage to keep it under 0.004 which is a big psychological barrier and support line.

It makes me sick to my stomach that these manipulative actions are not being investigated SEC + FBI should start investigating into these short crooks.

No don't worry, it's just part of the run-up towards penny-land. Currently, SVFC is holding 20 day SMA (as this is resistance near the 0.0047 levels). The L2 looks very interesting to say the least. As there are many shorts involved with this stock, eventually and soon enough they will go long due to the buying pressure and the fact that SVFC is now legally free from Iron-Ridge. Hold for the gold.

Now that the court case has been resolved FULLY... Here are the next catalysts we should look forward to:

    - Buyout potential $$$$
    - Partnership / Government project or funding.
    - International Patent finalization
    - Revenues announced from Dr. Andrews Institute Clinic ;-)
    - More licensing agreements in the US
    - 10K filing
    - New CFO announced

Yup, no I-hub aka the "ring of manipulation".

  • Just announced huge news today! This company was brought down to the dirt because of a unethical scandal from IronRidge and now the court has rewarded them and dismissed the case.

    Market cap only 3M
US patented Stem Cell Technology using Non-Enyzme process
    No FDA approval required
Licensing and Partnership with Dr. James Andrews Institute
International Patents Pending in final grant stage.

Huge upside here folks Probably the second best stem cell company behind ATHX IMO.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • Shorts are dying today and getting squeezed out. Huge upside potential to the penny-land ;-)

  • NEW YORK , May 7, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- IntelliCell Biosciences, Inc. ("IntelliCell" or the "Company") (OTCQB: SVFC), a regenerative medicine company utilizing adult autologous vascular cells (SVCs) derived from the blood vessels found in adipose tissue, announced today that it has received a final positive ruling in its case against Ironridge Global IV, LTD. ("Ironridge"), and TCA Global Credit Master Fund, LP ("TCA").
On May 5, 2014 Judge Jeffrey K. Oing "ORDERED that the motion by IntelliCell to confirm JHO Gammerman's report is granted, and the January 28, 2013 report of JHO Gammerman is hereby confirmed; and it is further ORDERED that Ironridges' cross motion to reject and/or modify the report is denied.
On January 28, 2013 , after an arduous battle in the courts, Judicial Hearing Officer Ira Gammerman , a long time former Justice of the Supreme Court of the State of New York , in a decision on each of Ironridge's claims against the Company, fully justified IntelliCell's position by ruling against each of Ironridge's and TCA's demands for monetary damages. The Company has always maintained that Ironridge was not entitled to any monetary claims in this matter and Judge Gammerman agreed. The Court made it abundantly clear that Ironridge (led by its principals John Kirkland and Richard Krieger ) and TCA are not entitled to monetary damages and had no right to inappropriately broadcast to the world that it could sell IntelliCell's assets.
IntelliCell's Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Steven Victor , remarked, "We maintained from the very beginning that we would vigorously defend ourselves against all of John Kirkland's and Ironridge's claims for additional monetary damages and today the Company feels vindicated and is happy for its shareholders." Dr. Victor added, "I would like to especially thank The Roth Law Firm and Richard Roth and Jordan Kam for their hard work in getting us the best result possible."

    YES!!! GO SVFC!! :)

And you to remember the whole "SVFC-Auctioneer" incident which has damaged Intellicell's reputation to the fullest. SVFC would be wise here to seek punitive damages. In fact, if you look up SVFCAuctioneer you will still find traces of what Iron-Ridge were trying to do illegally. LOL idiots aren't smart as we thought with being crooks.

I have written a long e-mail to the SEC regarding the manipulation and bashing/fear tactics that the shorts are applying. The SEC has responded to me and they will be keeping a careful eye on the situation. BBW and his friends need to watch out or this could turn ugly for them LOL GO LONGS $SVFC

He is a condescending little #$%$ who thinks has an ego the size of an inflated balloon. Probably been abused his whole life as a child and taking some revenge back. He even wrote some vulgar emails towards me and I filed a complaint to the IHUB admin (shelly) showing her a screenshot, but not to my surprise, she did not respond after that. This person or his hedge fund need to be thoroughly investigated as he is clearly using manipulation tactics (which are illegal according to SEC regulations) and like you mentioned has deleted posts which are relevant to discussion of SVFC that pertain useful information.

Unbelievable that he is given that authority to be a moderator with such a childish unprofessional mind. I hate how he also lets shorts bash and post useless fear tactics on the message board, while long messages get deleted.

  • He is sending vulgar PM's to members on I-Hub and spreading false information on a daily basis on the forums. He's also allowing short bashers to continuously post false/malicious information. You are one sick individual and one day when you become broke then you will realize that karma came to bite you.

Here is what is happening with SVFC

Manipulation: is intentional conduct designed to deceive investors by controlling or artificially affecting the market for a security. Manipulation can involve a number of techniques to affect the supply of, or demand for, a stock. They include: spreading false or misleading information about a company; improperly limiting the number of publicly-available shares; or rigging quotes, prices or trades to create a false or deceptive picture of the demand for a security. Those who engage in manipulation are subject to various civil and criminal sanctions.

    Manipulation to the fullest.
