Hey Drac, I got busy and of course didn't short AMGN. I think you may be right that a bounce will come, but it may also go to $36. What do you think?

I did get it and have signed up. I may need help navigating through. Let me know if you got my message. I am not sure how it works exactly, but hopefully I did it right.

I don't know if you posted anything for me, since my email is down today (don't ask me why or how, I will retrieve before the end of the day, hopefully). But I bought some puts on AMGN again, with the target of $40, if not broken quick enough. Let me know if technically I am on the right track. I hate to see AMGN in this downtrend. It is a good company after all!

Thanks Drac. I also got out of AMGN only because I thought I shouldn't be greedy in this market. But am watching it closely. If you happen to follow it, please give your insight if you see it going to the trendline. Otherwise I may go short as soon as direction of market is more clear. Thanks again.

Did you trade AMGN at all, and did you cover. I am thinking of going short on MLNM. What is your take on that. Would appreciate your tech on both. Thanks

Given the weak close on high volume, where do you see this headed? I hate surprises on Monday!! Thanks and have a great week end.

Listen you two idiots: if you don't like what Drac says or does on this board, and if you think the rest of us are brain dead for listening to someone we don't know, you are the fool. For one thing, people have various interests and for myself, I trade only occasionally, although used to trade for a living before. I have other pre-occupations that stop me from being active and knowing what is going on in the market on a daily, hourly basis. So, Drac, giving his time for free is only being a very kind human being. He doesn't get anything more than a thanks here and there. I think as one other reader said, you are extremely jealous. So, you are on my ignore button now and I suggest others to do the same.

I need once again your help with BBy. This stock is trading extreemely bizare which may be due to the 3:2 stock split effective tommorrow. I would have expected this stock to have at least covered the gap by now. But it hasn't happened. I can only see that volume is falling. Is this stock basing, or is it ripe for a leg down? I personally cannot convince myself to buy it anywhere close to current levels, particularly as I would expect the last loved stocks to fall before the market starts another serious leg up. This is yet to happen, but the home builders and retailers should start feeling the pinch soon if we are indeed gone go up from here. What do you think?

would you plse give your tech on BBY. Do you see further downside or is it oversold at these levels. Thanks

  • ssohra by ssohra May 6, 2002 6:42 PM Flag

Would appreciate your expert advice on BBY. What direction do you see and your fib retracements if possible. Is the stock oversold or still room for downside on short term basis. Many thanks.

Please give your Technicals a little early today. Do you see a bounce short term, or should we hold shorts? Tim Ord who you frequently quote, is quite bearish. But the come back in Dow at least within the last 10 minutes of trading was a little unforseen. But it may have been short covering. What do you think?

Thanks Drac. I hope your guess is right and the stock goes to fill the gap.

would you please give me your take on BBY charts today. I don't know what all these narrow candles mean for the past two days and today and feel the stock is going to take a big direction. which way, I don't know. Help, help.
    Thanks

Would you be kind to check BBY for me. The stock was acting very funny, going down on low volume and today volume suddenly picked up to the downside. I can see RLX going down also in face of the lower consumer sentiment and I think that chart also is crying loud. But, BBY has been a strong performer. Thus, my hesitation to short a stock like this. Thanks in advance.
