stock manipulation is illegal. Full stop. If you are happy with it, good for you. I am not whining and I am not a baby. I am writing to the SEC.
Market cap almost halved because the new Windows version is 3 months late or because of all other BS stories thaY circulated on Friday?. What else does it take for the SEC to do a proper investigation and secure such evident market manipulators to jail? Maybe we should all report this to the SEC, if not done yet by some of you.
This 3 months delay is meaningless compared to the huge amount of money UNXL will be able to return to its shareholders; just another excuse to scare retail investors out and get their shares on the cheap.
On the other hand another confirmation that Dell, using Windows, is the PC manufacturer. Did not hope I could still add at these prices so I will take advantage while it lasts
Huge price movements like Friday's will allow us to keep accumulating at cheaper prices. So MM's short for option expiration and then cover. The only ones to lose out are retail traders who will always lose vs MM's. Best thing you can do is just adding on weakness and relax as this is potentially a 1,000$ stock in two years.
Sensible words Chris. I think another reason is that there are still too many unexperienced retail investors in UNXL, who unfortunately get easily mislead
Market manipulation at its best.. Not that I really care about it personally as long term investor and not an option player. But the way market regulators allow such a blatant stock price manipulation to happen is really appalling.
you have just been reported to the Yahoo! abuse team for libel . Do not count on the fact that you hide behind a nickname as all IP addresses are clearly traceable and prosecution could be easily started. I will not put you on ignore as I want to collect more evidence.
Not sure you would accept though ;-)
Well done both of you. You efforts have a double benefit of :1) defending UNXL investors from illegal market manipulation 2) letting UNXL small team stay focused on the business to deliver the set targets
Excellent job Al! It is absolutely unbelievable how people are even allowed to get away with all this cr.. . They deserve no less than jail IMO. And I think you were right to expose it, basically taking the liberty of unathorized UNXL PR, as in this case there is a far superior interest of letting the truth come out. Only issue I have is that I believe the company should take a firm position in such cases ( i do not mean bloggers writing hit pieces) but when a so called journalist of reputable (?) financial press, writes such a biased and unethical article. The same fact that Mr Reed has adopted as policy not to respond, allows these people to write all type of falsehood and get away with it
I think it is a legitimate question from Al. And from your and my answers it is clear that if scared retail investors sell, they will be the only one to loose, as price will eventually go back up again. I find talking about these issue quite educative instead
they will take the opportunity to accumulate a few more shares at the expense of retail investors, taking down price for the day or for a few hours at least. 'Hit' articles are just excuses to maipulate share price
Well done again. This is what usually happens when something fishy is going on. The newcomer is put in front and told this is what he must do if you wants a job. Then if anything goes wrong the boss will say 'apologies, will correct', so the young intern is the one to be blamed. Unfortunately it happens everywhere in the world in almost all companies.
$61.67 target will be probably reached in 3 months time if the company properly executes. 1 year target should be much higher, in the hundreds. Analysts are afraid to look silly and hence very cautious, then they will raise the 1 year target as the company delivers keeping it maybe 30%-40% above market price. But that is very easy job, even my grandmother could do this, unfortunately she is dead and will never have the oppurtunity to become an analyst anymore
Well done, Al. Maybe Barron deserves a complaint letter to correct or retreat what they published. It is not a blog site, so they need to verify what they publish as they may end up sperading inaccurate or biased information which may affect UNXL price. Or maybe they should even be reported to the SEC. You are a lawyer, what is yoour take on that?
