    A whole 1/4 cent raise

    by robl45 Mar 21, 2015 11:13 AM

Of course, and hence it keeps falling. Not good.

    Sentiment: Hold

  • Over 5.5% dividend that is safe and increasing. Other similar reits pay 4%. The fed isn't raising rates in 2015. The high dollar economists have it wrong. The dollar is too strong, Fed can't have it even stronger. There is no real inflation, there is a competition to sell goods worldwide which is why all countries want their currency lower. That plus it feels like our economy is slipping into another recession. Where can I get this safe fat yield anywhere else? Buy it my friends, its a gift.

    Sentiment: Buy

  • I mean over $50 million of his own money! That in a stock he must already have plenty enough of. You are supposed to diversify. To me it is an incredible sign of complete undervalue. It is time to buy friends!

Where is the bottom for EPD

    by jtbigcat Mar 4, 2015 9:08 PM

The bottom? When you see an insider, a director in the company, someone who sits at board meetings, sees the numbers, sees what is actually happening now, and can predict the future far better than anyone on the outside, be that investors, analysts, you name it; when you see a person like that invest their own $50+ million dollars by buying shares in their own company, you KNOW the bottom is close by my friend. That was a MONSTER insider buy, the likes you very rarely ever see. That is the signal to buy pal. I'm in for the ride! Giddy Yup!

And you can't find a more shareholder friendly management. I mean constant increases in payout to share holders. I can't find a bad piece of news here. No FX problems here either like so many large stocks. I just hold on and enjoy the payouts. Eansor, why would your sentiment be that this is a strong sell? I only add small throughout the years.

REITS similar to STAG yeld apr 4%

Hasn't made an annual profit? It's a reit. They are doing great. Nice small increases to dividend too. I see a relaxing, low stress, low risk, move to $30. A small hike from Fed does not hurt, may even give more confidence. My first buy here was at just over $14 in April 2012. What a joy. Keep adding on down market days. Enjoy the over 5% while you wait. A small hidden gem.

    Med Reits

Never buy a reit that does actively and constantly raise the dividend. That must be management's primary goal. SNH is nothing like OHI.

  • Things are going very well. I still think this is way undervalued compared to break up value. Hotels are in demand. Last dividend was hiked after 2 periods. We have now had the same amount for a full year. I see a nice hike coming in March. So far this share has been real good to me. Still undervalued.

    Sentiment: Buy

  • I noticed Delphi Management, Scott Black, famous value investor, took a new position with us here in their December 13F filing. Could not be better news. Real value here. I see $50 coming and another hike in dividend soon. Things are looking good. Stock is undervalued compared to break up value. Get it while its still cheap my friends!

    Sentiment: Buy

  • Things are looking good. I can easily see a bump up to .12 cents minimum. Real value here besides distribution. I noticed Scott Black, Delphi Management, taking a sizable new position here in their December 13F statement. A real serious Value investor. I like to see that. Buy it while its cheap friends. Ahhhhhh.

    Kraft dipping today, BUT

    by dancinggator Feb 13, 2015 10:00 AM

When everyone knee jerks and sells a quality share like this on simple increased retirement costs, it is time to add. I have done it all my life. We know people are living longer, and they promised retirees far too much. Need a solution. Only One month ago we got this. 1/15/15: Goldman Sachs upgraded the stock to CONVICTION BUY from NEUTRAL Thursday morning, making it TheStreet's Move of the Day. The packaged foods company had its rating raised by analysts at the firm, and placed on Goldman's Conviction Buy List. The firm said costs for food makers have been falling along with commodity prices. Goldman noted that Kraft is one company that benefits most from the reduced costs. Also, it said that Kraft has the strongest pricing power among companies in the industry. Goldman has a $73 price target on shares.

    Where are the bashers?

It sure feels like the top has been made though. May be a long slug at this price all this year?

  • I have some of this in combination with a number of other medical reits. Ohi and Hcn constantly increase dividends. This company is WAY overdue for hiking its dividend. Either we finally get a hike next quarter, or I will vote down all directors. Time to respect the real owners, US, the stockholders!

    Sentiment: Hold

  • and the price in market always falls below the offering price. I just added some decent today with a net price just below $10.47. Historically I wait in all my reits to add on offering days. Its a blessing in disguise. Buy. It's a no brainer. Nice yield that is increasing. This is an easy, sleep well at night, going to $12 investment. Not even a single analyst says sell. Look at the 10 year rate below 1.7%. Banks pay you zero. Enjoy my friends.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • Anyone notice the huge upgrade. Their top reit pick. Hello?!?

Nice call. I scooped some in reading you folks. Coming slowly back to par now. Where can you get over 8% yield as safe as this feels? Many hands behind this security. Common and a list of preferreds. Well done. Thanks.

Im wondering if some percentage of regency holders are just hedging themselves? I remember when KMP was taken over, KMI took some hard hits at first?

Merger may get rejected at this ETP price?

    by stage3time Jan 26, 2015 2:46 PM
    stage3time stage3time Jan 26, 2015 2:56 PM Flag

Regency is "offered" .4066 etp units plus .32 cents cash for each of their units. ETP just broke below $61. I can only think some are hedging. Is there an economic reason for this thrashing? That means below $25 per share. Regency was trading higher than that in December, and far higher earlier in Sept at over $32 a share. Feels like just following Kinder. There all the owners of KMP got literally destroyed in taxes. Decades of non-taxable distributions became taxable in a day. Any thoughts?

  • Announcement made, dividend increased again, and price falls over 6% today. ETP keeps falling and whole thing may get rejected. What a mess. Yields over 6.5% too.

    Sentiment: Hold

  • 2 years ago we got over 17.5% Hike. Went from .398 to .47. I was pleased. Last year only a penny! Its rude. .47 to .48. You wonder why this stock is stuck? I own stocks that make a promise to increase payouts to me, the owner. I need to share in profits. If we get another penny or so, I will dump and move on. Respect the owners!!
