Why would anyone participate in a crowd funding program, when the stock is trading between .0002 to .0001? For the past year, this company has said that they will distribute a dividend for this transaction and double digit increase in revenue for this company or that company. But, nothing is distributed or is there in increase in share price! This is from April: "EPAZ a leading provider of cloud based business software solutions, announced today that the Company will be issuing a series of stock dividends in order to spin off Terran Power, Inc. and Professional Resource Management, Inc. The Company had already spun off FlexFridge, Inc., flexible mini-fridge. FlexFridge, Inc. filed a Form 10 in February 2, 2015. The Form 10 will be effective in the first week of April. The company is working with a market maker to file the necessary paperwork to get a ticker symbol and begin trading. On August 11th, Reported a 83% in revenue! Then, on August 18th, Auto Hire helped incease revenue. Just saying, compare where the stock price was exactly one year ago today! This is all JMHO.
