    Mine West gold shares

Yes that is exactly the point. They have not been testing the seals for the last four months, they have been building yet another device in order to do the testing. With funding in place, why would it take that long?
Always the delays before the truth comes out about whether the engine works or not. This has been going on for years. Usually the excuse is lack of funds, but that won't work with the Chinese investors paid in.

I am delighted to hear that Mr. Porter is still on board and working on the RadMax project. Thank you for taking the time to issue an update on progress. I am not altogether encouraged by the fact that after several months only a "test fixture" has been built, leaving the matter of seals and vanes still up in the air. I would have thought by now that would have been resolved, especially given the recent funding from Chinese interests. Even so, I look forward to more updates as this proves out one way or the other.

If LQMT sold all the remaining IP, which is their only asset, how much would they get for it? Start with that number and divide it by the outstanding shares.............there is nothing else here.

For all we know Paul Porter is long gone, even billy (aka Arne) does not post any more, Minewest was
a ruse, and and the groupies that used to post here left en mass years ago. No reports on what happened to the million dollars of Chinese money (4+ months ago) and nothing on the engine or even the seals, much less all the impending deals ready to be closed. Finito. If anyone know differently, say so. Lets hear from the engineering guru Porter, yeah right.. Somebody knows differently, say so. Otherwise the pump and dump of this stock looks like nothing more than the weak hands and insiders getting what they can before the lights officially go out. Sometimes these kinds of "businesses" just fade away without saying a word. Just my opinion.

The only thing holding this price up is the iPhone announcement tomorrow.. Well just like after every other yearly product announcement from Apple, the LQMT shareprice will probably drop. However there was not even much spike in the price leading up to tomorrow, so maybe it is just locked into this (low) range until the company actually produces serious revenue. What I do not expect is that tomorrow is payday for longs.
As usual. Will have to wait and see.

Anyone know what happened to the million dollar private placement closed four months ago, that was supposed to be used to complete the engine? No news on that, by now they should at least know if the seals work and the darn thing runs or not. How much does it cost to put out a release on the website? Must be nothing good to report.

"my guess of buyout price is only $4.41 per share" So you think this is a $2billion dollar company. That is patently absurd. Apple already paid $20milllion for all the IP related to consumer electronics, do you seriously
think they would pay 100 times that for the rest (that they do not even need?) For Pete's sake try to
    think before you post.

Brazil, "The land of the future, and always will be". Can't even play futbal anymore. The most popular presidnet Brazil has had in the last 50 years, was basically a communist........and he did a great job.

This10K is probably the last word, thru April 30 and no mention of the $2 million from the Chinese I guess that
"closed" afterwards but a news release and a PR has a lot of boiler plate deny ability behind it. Real SEC filing not so much. This is over, operating deficiency eats it all up anyway. The Radmax is a total bust and the
much regaled engineers and others were just part of the scam. Sit back and watch the pump and dump as they get the last pennies out from the suckers. This stock is worthless, in my opinion.

    Correction "If you look at"

  • starcutspin starcutspin Aug 8, 2014 7:09 PM Flag

Is you look at cash as the critical point of valuation especially in a Chinese stock (or for that matter real estate ownership in China) everybody wants it and it can disappear very fast, into the mist. I value EJ on their financial performance and payout policy, which is unusual and very attractive. What I cannot see is how they parlay that into a reward that justifies the risk given the real estate environment in which they operate in China. It may be there but I cannot see even another $17 stock price in the near term, added to the long term I have already held the stock, and I thought $17 was way short of the risk/reward ratio expected.. I am out and will be back when the China real estate market and the interesting transborder agreements they have entered in to
have a clearer path forward. Just my opinion.

And now the dump. I guess no one is even watching anymore, but it seems pretty obvious what is going on.

Okay, thanks for the reply. I have been holding this for many years and have not seen the kind of risk/reward
I expected, in the meantime the Chinese real estate market has become a can of worms so while I am perfectly willing to gamble, as an investor I want to do that with the odds in my favor. I know there has been talk about transborder affiliations that could better position EJ to participate in the foreign acquisitions by Chinese
investors, but I can't come up with a hard number that would be a game changer at this point. I really do not know what is going to happen near term, and I have held this long enough. Just my opinion., but I am going to unload and come back to this later if things settle down.

And now the pump..This is truly entertaining. I guess the "news" will be withheld while the dumping continues. IMHO

The pump and dump continues, but the returns are less and less, someone continues to unload IMHO.
Who could it possibly be, the world wonders?

Pump and dump, someone is obviously unloading shares. Guess who.

Can someone tell me to what extent and how EJ might benefit from Chinese purchasers that are buying in the US and in Europe? Thanks in advance.

  • starcutspin starcutspin Aug 4, 2014 8:57 AM Flag

my, my, touched a nerve. It can be a $6 stock this month but of course only with the reverse split gimmick, a twentieth of the current sharecount, followed by shorting back to pennies as you go belly up. You forgot to mention that, sonny.

  • starcutspin starcutspin Aug 1, 2014 3:44 PM Flag

That makes it a $4billion company in one year. You cannot be serious. By the way, what new revenue, from where, and how much do you see coming in right now?

No way to know for sure when, but the R/S will be approved and there is no apparent reason to hold it up so I expect it will be right away and in my view maxed at 20/1. That generally means that 20,000 shares at .30 cents becomes 1000 shares at $6. $6 in my view is a short's bonanza, and they will drive it right back down again but you will only own a fraction of your previous shares. We will soon know. Someone posted that their
early biotech shares did better than this. but the volatility at this stage is not unique and will likely continue beyond stage ll and lll,. The time to buy retail on that volatility in my opinion is after the stage when there is a clear path forward for success. In my view, that is not the case today. JMHO.
