I have been in communication with one of my friends (expert in RF technology) re another aspect of this case. He closed his e-mail today with the following quote "by the way, Tampa is achieving new lows on misinformation....the guy is really nuts"
Seems Team, Fud, Been Painful and others are making similar judgments while nobody seems to be posting backing Tampa on his technological babble.
Trub--It hasn't even been three weeks since the hearing--JP said on a conference call that their lawyers had told them a ruling could come as soon as two months. All that the passage of time since the hearing means is that we are unlikely ti get a Rule 36 judgment.
Two stupid questions but given the source not surprising!!
1. I have no client and nothing can go wrong for me since I have no [position in the stock
2. Last year there was over $100 million in shares short today that number is about $6 million so there is lots of dry powder out there.
You asked a question and I answered it truthfully, if you hadn't asked the question I would have had no comment on the subject and if my commenting on the subject bothers you then don't ask the question bozo!! I realize my answer is painful for you as your admitted lack of financial success must be damaging to what ever self esteem you may have left. (albeit misplaced).
I have it and I worked hard to get it--sorry dude. Most people in life I have run into that have little money were pathetic failures in their careers and loath to admit it--such as yourself.
The utter ignorance exuded here is largely yours, as has been shown by multiple posters who have called you out and your lack of financial success in life simply adds to the correct picture of you as a lying loser.
Tampa, if you are such a hot shot RF expert how is it that you have been so financially unsuccessful in your life? If you are as good as you think you are you would have made a substantial amount of money in business, if you are as bad as FUD, Team, Been Painful and my technical advisor think then you would have been a relative failure in your career which seems to be the case.
Given the way Judge Dalton upheld the JMOL, an appellate win that would send the stock over $5 is very unlikely. In the event that the appellate court feels Dalton may have erred in his JMOL decision to throw out the verdict then the appellate court will most likely send the case back for retrial (I suggest you read Dalton's JMOL decision which you obviously have not done) in which case the stock may go up but to nowhere near $5 as a retrial will take years and $millions to pursue and then there is the little matter of the IPR's. `
Today PRKR closed at $0.36 a new record low closing price eclipsing the old record closing low of $0.37 set on 12/7/10. Oh well done JP!!
There are actually pumpers on this board who have owned this stock for 10 years who probably remember that 10 years ago today the stock closed at $5.40--nothing like being down 93% in 10 years!! Oh well done pumpers!!
You are a complete pathetic joke and as usual know nothing about the stock market, absolutely nothing!!!
So who "is open about it'--if you have no specific answer then you expose yourself as a fraud.
Tampa, if you feel you are right then explain why
1. the stock is at $0.37
2. the stock was driven to $0.37 by sellers who most probably either were at the hearing and/or had technical/legal experts at the hearing
3. the stock has shown no recovery from its initial sell-off and in fact has declined another 5%
Besides various posters here saying you are wrong, the stock market, in no uncertain terms, is saying you are wrong.
4. Your posting tens of thousands of words is a complete waste of time but I guess it must stroke your ego
5. Beware the Ides of June
"The verdict supports..."--Then why is the stock at $0.37?--Seems like a lot of people with technical advisors (hedge funds etc.) disagree completely with your post.
1. The JMOL can be upheld based on lack of sufficient preparation by PRKR
2,. The case can be remanded for a new trial
