Up to date outstanding is not available because the transfer agent was gagged, but probably over a billion. Talbot announced a 20 mil buyback in August but then increased the authorized by 150 million in Sept. and then increased again by 600 million in November. (So much for the supposed buyback) Debt is being consistently converted at .0001. Shares constantly increasing yet debt is still increasing too. Convertible debt holders are making out OK but common shareholders are suffering massive and constant dilution. This is real bad news. Financials are unaudited. Check out MSITF (Talbot's prior company) if you are into DD. Talbot claimed products, contracts, revenues, and profit. Lots of profit. But it was just press releases, never audited financials. One day the press releases stopped and that was it. Haven't heard a peep from them in over six years. Talbot didn't even say goodbye. He just went out and started a gold company.
