I'm just wondering what the "fraud" is. Are they suggesting that BT et al are liars? We see this kind of thing from lawyers many time earnings aren't where share holders want them. Having lawyers in the family, I was always under the impression that fraud was very difficult to prove and I find it difficult to believe that a lawyer(s) will take the case without expecting payment, so, do they just try to get something going in order to get a settlement? I also know of many cases where there the defendent would absolutely prevail but they settle because it costs more to defend.. They're all a bunch of slime balls
I'm afraid I didn't take this news release as "bad". I honestly didn't think that anyone with any intelligence would give AF the time of day, let alone really follow him. I'm not interested in anything the Clown or Rat has to say, but would like to hear from Fox and Arm and Nome, etc. Now that AF has an opportunity to cover his short, do you think he'll leave us alone? Why does he take such delight in trashing ONCY? There seems to be something almost personal and not just about money? What say you guys?
It doesn't seem that this is an oncology event. In looking at the list of exhibitors, it appears that these are more ENT surgical types; If ONCY is leaning toward all around metastatic treatment, this might not be such an important venue.
I also can't figure out why people would bother shorting such a cheap stock. Seems like risk/reward just isn't there.
