realistically, IMHO 3-4 years before another stock split, about the same time frame of selecting a president madness strikes the country again. Long and strong
Sentiment: Strong Buy
IMHO of course, a little extrapolation and you will see that AA is at about a 10 PE with a growth rate of 211% last year. I am still long and strong since $7.92, did not read anything that would change my mind.
don't throw away your starbucks reward card just yet...IMHO keurig's have a very short life, mine lasted about a year. check the videos
Really...IMHO AA is a real company with deep insight into the future of light weight metals. Aerospace, aviation, automotive, construction, trucking etc. Do you think we really going back to the stone age???
As an example, many thought Starbucks was going away in December of 2008, when their stock price plunged to around 9.00 a share nay-sayers abounded, coffee was toast. Those of us who thought differently (this includes yours truly) and took advantage of the sell-off, have been richly rewarded as the next stock split is announced and the price approaches 100 a share. IMHO this same pattern will develop with AA, they are doing a fundamental shift in business direction to high profit, non commodity products.
Check back in when AA breaks out above the old highs.Time and patience are your friend.
all industrials are weak, weak oil is playing havoc with the market, producers are doing less cap x, ergo everybody gets hurt.,this to shall pass, still long and strong since $7.92. at least my starbucks is doing well ( bought that when there future was also "muddy" my how times change.
Great post, YoY profits will climb... Still long and strong since $7.92. IMHO this is a long term story for true investors, not chap shoot players.
Good post. Still long and strong since $7.92. Maximum pessimism brings maximum gains. Do your fundamental analysis and forget the day to day static. nuf said.
Would you specify exactly what type of composites are going to replace aluminum?
Are you talking about carbon? or ceramics? or polymers? or silicons? Please be specific.
WOW !!! That was brilliant analysis. Now tell me again why I should sell my AA that I paid $7.92 per share. Is it the fact that they are a leader in innovations for the use of aluminum, a light weight replacement for steel, which helps to conserve energy, or they play a significant role in aircraft, construction, HD truck wheels, packaging, alloys for aluminum wire, vehicles. Have more patents than you have points of IQ (which I doubt is much above ambient temperature on a cold winter day in Detroit).
So what is your reason, shortie???
as of 30 September JPM had over 69 million shares. Bet they want more at a good price IMHO of course.
and yes I am adding to my position today. 3-5 year time frame
it is "tires" and no aluminium will not work, traction AKA the coefficient of friction and the ability to handle gravity (G forces) in turns is all wrong. You need to take a refresher course in physics.
good ford sales bodes well for AA, aerospace hot too. do not forget the Aluminum battery technology developments with phinergy (sp!) search for new tech articles released last week on the subject.
Peace and riches to all!
