My guess is for break even again this quarter. I am hoping for a more definitive date for the Fox 1P delivery, and info about possible additional customers. Some talk about development status on the XP systems would be good also. Overall economy still looks OK with autos strong also.
Tried to post this yesterday, but Yahoo deleted it.
I noticed that SXCL (aka Steel Partner) added to their position in "Aviat Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: AVNW), the leading expert in microwave networking solutions". They are now over 6%. This company sounds similar to ATNY, lots of revenues, but no profits. Still think Warren may be trying to put a larger company together. Not sure whether he will let the current investors make any money on the deal or not.
Looks like yesterday's bottom might hold. Really hard to call this one until it makes a bigger move. All the ag news has been bad, so maybe the bottom is in. I can't trade the small moves very well. Sometimes not the big ones either.
The chart pattern has the same look as back in March or so. It could drop another $0.50 if it follows that pattern. Hope not, but hope doesn't work that well for me.
No messages in over a year. Not much reaction to the buy back PR either. The share price has really been flat for 10 - 15 years. Pays the dividend, which is better than a passbook account, but is there any reason to expect growth?
We really need to see the first Fox-1P delivered. Seems like that would be a big step. There is something to be said for waiting until news, but as you say, it would likely be at higher prices.
I was really just looking at the intraday chart for the last week. You may still get your under $10 shares, but I am thinking maybe not. I bought enough at $12 recently to match up with some expensive shares bought earlier. When I get past my wash rule date, I will sell the high cost shares for a loss and keep the rest. I kind of need to offset some gains on other holdings for tax reasons.
Hurco doesn't even need 3d to be a good long term investment. If 3d adds sales, then great, but it isn't the reason I bought the stock.
If you meant what time of day it was filed, that is the filing detail page. In this case 16:09.

If you use IE as a browser, you can set up RSS feeds and when a new filing is posted on SEC it also shows up in your browser RSS tab. Look around on the main SEC page for the company and you will find the orange icon near the middle of the page on the left side. I have them for about 20 companies and it makes it a little easier.

Not so sure that support and resistance levels mean that much on this one anyhow. The big deal is whether the orders come in or not. Some are apparently starting to hope for better news and guidance at the upcoming earnings release, but we just need to wait it out. Still, I would rather see it going up ahead of earnings. That way, if there is a disappointment, we will have a little cushion on the downside.
