Once TSLA broke out of its two-year sideways range,it went from $40 to almost $210 in approximately a year, representing a parabolic move. Once wave 5 completes, we will see a nasty a-b-c correction that will end up retracing at least 60 percent to 100 percent of this uptrend's move. TSLA's next correction will make its last correction of 34% seem tame.

This is nothing more than an emotional sell-off. Don't panic. Hold what you have and buy more if you can. Remember, the fundamentals are strong for this company. This stock will go back up. It will thrive, and investors willing to hold will be rewarded. Stop listening to negative sentiment. I've learned over the years to buy when everyone is negative on a solid company. You decide for yourself. Watch how fast this stock will rebound in the very near future.

ECA technical signals are flashing as the stock approaches its 52-week high of $21.63 per share. Watching the weekly price charts, Encana has been encountering some long-term resistance, and it’s getting further stretched away from its 200-day moving average on the daily price chart.

In addition, based on the fundamental metrics — including a forward P/E over 18 — the stock is getting pricey.

Those factors indicate Encana may be ripe for a snapback to a lower price range.

Candlesticks warned us today (3/28) to be on alert with a new bearish pattern. Market attention is now on the downside. Based on this pattern, in response to emerging market bearishness the system established new confirmation and stop loss levels. The signal tells us to STAY LONG, but the chance of a bearish confirmation that will change the signal to SELL is very high. The Delayed Intraday Module is ON. Given the risks involved, we strongly suggest you to follow price movements on an intraday basis.

XXII article on S.A. is just a sample of what's to be expected in the near future with marijuana stocks. To date, I think PHOT and XXII are two stocks worth holding on to. We all know it's just a matter of time before marijuana is legalized; just look at Canada.
