Should this insider selling and lack of insider buying be taken as a particular sign as a long-term shareholder? I believe ADSK's short and long-term prospects to be positive, but when I see all insiders selling and none buying I get nervous. Thanks for your thoughts regarding this revelation.
Might not there be other alternatives: partnering, absorption/acquisition?
What if a GE, Panasonic, Rockwell or Thales SA , for instance, partnered or acquired WheelTug or even Borealis?
What's an $80MM (times X) acquisition with a potential of WheelTug's model's revenue and profit to a multi-billion market cap corporation?
I think he meant to say "years" or maybe "whenever", as many months (27 to be exact) have come an gone since that smoke was blown up shareholders tailpipes and all we've got was a share price drop from $0.98 to $0.35.
"Have you not pride man?" I think McCoy said that once on Star Trek?
I for one agree with your assessment "there is still room for a climbing course" for DDD. Here's hoping the climb is more often northeast and less often southeast. Thanks for so succinctly restating my belief in 3D/additive manufacturing's future potential.
Good on you kjkwd1046, on several points:
1st - You plan to invest your $10K rather than spend it. You're putting your $10K to work for your future. You have self control and are future mined.
2nd - Your mind is open to opinions of others (the parachute always works better when it's open). Sure you still have your DD to do and it sounds like you understand it's required and you're committed to that effort.
3rd - If I may read between the lines and not be to personal, you seems to be younger than older in age? If so, you have a lifetime ahead of you to regroup, reboot and start again should whatever investment decision you ultimately choose not work out as we'd all hope. You only have to look at greatest success stories in any chosen endeavor to see they all failed, sometimes many times, but always had courage and time to rebuild to their eventual greatness. Rarely when we read success stories do we read about failures upon which success is built.
4th - You're lucky there are so many on this MB willing to share honestly and freely. Only you can take or leave these kind posters suggestions for what there worth.
Good luck in your search as to how/where to invest your $10k. You have many positives going for you as you begin your search.
Any ideas what eBay intends to do with all that cash?
Nothing, dividend, acquisition(s), stock buy back, etc…?
I for one would like to see them put it to work for the company and shareholders.
How about you, what do you think they/we should down with their/our $7.96 cash per share?

This article made me think of similarities to Borealis / WheelTug investment, or not? You decide.
Happy New Year You All
Here, here, let's hope ABAT's lawsuits conclude in 2014 and they file SEC acceptable financials soon after legal proceedings are finalized. Either way let's hope this all comes to an end in 2014. Years of waiting has become tedious and frustrating.
Happy New Years
Thank you for your firm reply/suggestion.
As you suggested I searched "ABAT Yahoo News February 21, 2014" and found this result: http://finance.yahoo.com/news/pomerantz-grossman-hufford-dahlstrom-gross-130000706.html which suggest, as your original post suggests, "The end is near". The end for at least the legal proceedings named in this link. Until ABAT files true and accurate financial statements with the SEC I fear ABAT's stock with remain under pressure.
I wish you Christmas
