It's RMB, not Yen. Unfortunately what you stated seems to be mostly, if not entirely, true. The characters behind this disaster here seem both unethical and immoral, but their crimes have not gone unnoticed... both of them will have to face the final verdict... and this crime, or non-compliance could be the determining factor in sending them to eternal hell.
how can this behavior help them? ...they, themselves (management) could make money selling shares if the price were to rise, right?
Going in right direction.... UP!
This could be very misleading... we will have to wait for comments and outlook adjustments.
The Share Price will DROP like a Rock and damage Shitpole's reputation FOREVER
There are just over 12 million shares outstanding. Company needs to bring these shares over $10 before doing small secondary. The Folks who have held onto this have lost a lot of money, they stuck with it and therefore shouldn't be burnt a second time. The right thing to do is to get these shares over $10. first.... then when it goes over $20, $30, $40 or even $50 do another secondary offering.
such a ridiculous statement... one that could only be made from a certified moron.
I Just read the beverage BORN produces is by far the biggest (by sales) at over $90 Billion USD$, by contrast the #2 is Vodka at about 1/2 that amount (in the $40 Billion area). Yes, it is huge and the company if honest would be a very good investment especially at the current depressed share price.
sure hope so. What is with an increase in down time for maintenance to an entire month (from a typical 2 weeks) due to "hot weather"? Also this inventory build is a bit concerning.
I have been in this pre-R/s and although this company has the products... for many years on end it hasn't executed it's business plan properly as it's shareholders have been destroyed in the process ...leadership of this company has been horrendous.
Above any and all past mistakes or crimes, this is by far the most damaging. To remain so silent, for so long, and do nothing to help remedy the situation/matter. whereas the good folks who've entrusted those in charge of this company with their hard earned blood and sweat money lose everything they've invested is simply beyond reproach.
I do not understand what do you mean by that statement "using latest 30 days trading price as base"? If you mean the 3-5-10cents... are you joking (the quoted price has been annihilated)?. Will outside investors/shareholders ever get to recoup even half of the original investment (The Book Value is currently several US dollars)?
