I said "potential". If we get a sharp sell off into the close Friday (today) the chances will go up dramatically. If that doesn't happen I think we will be safe from that for now.
I agree with Furbush. The market is very vulnerable. I think early next week has the potential to be disastrous. As in "black Monday" 1987 style disastrous. I don't want this to happen. Maybe if I mention it, it won't happen. Even if that doesn't happen I think the decline is far from over. It will be puntuated by sharp volatility in both directions with a strong downward bias. Here's hoping the potentially powerful fundamentals setting up with ONCS will be able to overcome whatever disasters the market throws our way.
You either have some sort of twisted agenda, or you're an outright fool. Probably both. You needed a proctologist to help you pull out your worthless number. You seem to show up here at irregular intervals trying to talk down the stock with nothing more than throwing out ridiculous numbers. What's your interest here? Surely you're not being altruistic.
Very tough climate out there. You have to really trust the fundamentals of any given company to hang in there. As I've been saying for a while, I believe stocks will continue to be very vulnerable for quite some time. Violent moves in both directions with a strong bias down. I think gold and silver on balance will be the place to be for the next two years at least.
Man Doc, I thought I had a lot of shares. You must be swimming in it. Of course good luck to you and to us all.
I know it's hard, but try not to let the daily movements of this thing get you crazy. Earnings are now only about a month away and the recent trend of positive growth and increased profit should continue to move the price higher. My major concern at this point is the overall market which I think is in for a rough time starting very soon. ERB appears to have developed an inverse relationship with the indexes so perhaps that can be good for us if I'm right.
This looks like a consolidation of the recent gains. No question the stock has been up and down volatile, but to this point the bottom line is it's doubled from October last year to now. Human nature always wants more, but I'll take that every time. The fundamentals look a little healthier every day.
Anybody know the age threshold for this. It seems to only affect children, but I don't remember hearing about kids over say 11 or 12 getting sick from it.
In real terms the market has gone nowhere for over two months. All the up and down gyrations have tended to mask that as sharp sell offs have been quickly countered by violent moves higher. This type of action often preceeds an important change in market direction and I think all the recent volatility is telling us just that. I would be amazed if the indexes are not much lower by the end of November. In fact I think the market is ripe for a sharp down turn to begin at any time. I hope I'm wrong.
I agree. November will be here in an eye blink. It won't take much for this to really run. My only concern is how much this negative market climate could temper things. Still waiting for gold to get its act together. I think it's close. Certainly by the end of the year at the latest. Absobing some pain till it does.
For the time being we have to be satisfied with all the recent upgrades. The future will take care of itself as long as the strong growth continues as all indications suggest it will. ERB is a sleeping giant. We have about 5 or 6 weeks until what should be an illuminating earnings report.
Yes. The stock will either go up, down or remain flat. I am positive I have got this right.
Elf, he's a baby. If he was ever personally confronted by any one of us, he would run like the wind. You are correct about him being a fool. I have him on ignore and I'm not even tempted to read his nonsense anymore.
Just put them on ignore and forget about them. They live for the wortless discourse provided here. Why do some of you continue to engage? Make them as irrelevant here as they probably are away from here.
