I've love to hear more details! I'm holding over $150K of NCR and I keep looking for a reason to add to my position under $35 bucks.

I'm not sure how some are considered a stock analyst. This is the exact kind of stock that produces big gains. We have growth, we have better margins coming, cost controls coming, and already undervalued trading 12x earnings. I think the recent knock has been overpaying for digital insight and really decreasing our cash and pushing long term debt to 3.9 billion. That acquisition of di is starting to pay off already though.

Our cash flows are good so our cash levels should be increasing every month. Hopefully a credit upgrade coming soon.

can't even short it though. Etrade says no available float to short. Basically will be nothing in a month.

This would be good to know. That target account is pretty large especially with Target growing.

I'm in everywhere between $30 and $37 with well over $100K investment. Not going anywhere for a long time. They really have to screw it up not be successful in the next 5-10 years.

Planning to increase my position if it stays at these levels. I think we start heading higher once our credit rating gets a bump. We just need to get our cash over $700 million and pull that long term debt down under $3.5 billion.

  • Supposed to be a death blow, which ended up being what everyone else knows about HLF. Had a 100% profit yesterday and was waiting for the death blow which my position lost almost 70% today. Way to go Ackman.

    Just give it up already.

    Cash Flow Doesn't Lie

You seriously want to compare Coca Cola that people buy at any store with a MLM company that baits naive people into spending thousands on stupid #$%$. Coca Cola doesn't need to form a MLM to sell Coke. Herbalife would fail if it had to sell their #$%$ in Target.

  • To be called a scam (which MLM's usually are) does some damage to recruit new suckers into the MLM. You have to live under a rock not to have heard all the bad press.

Will HLF preannounce a blowout Quarter?

these constant Press releases will take their toll. Imagine being involved with a company that is constantly called a scam.

  • It is going to really force the gov't hand if there is video of the fraud and documents from inside the company. I bet HLF has some executives not sleeping well right now.

NCR being pumped daily-keeps going down though?

I can care less what happens on a daily move. I've been buying all I could get under $35 and I'll continue to buy. The company has plenty of growth over the next 7-10 years and valuation right now is already dirt cheap.

I'll hold on and get the rewards later. I stock can stay unappreciated for years and then explode. I don't have to give you any recent examples do I?

Honestly I don't have a good feeling about this earnings report, but I do like the long term position. They had to expand their product lines for future growth. The digital insight acquisition will payoff. The big negative is just getting the cash position back close to $1 billion.

I just keep buying as this sits under $35. Not stopping either as long as I get money to own the shares.

I know the guy is the worst president since Carter, but is the guy the biggest pansy in the world? So a big pansy-liar - #$%$

Let's be honest here, Trayvon would likely of spent his life in jail on the path he was going. The kid was suspended 3 times in 1 year and his mom couldn't even deal with him. Basically a perfect storm (un-perfect really) George and Trayvon crossing paths.

The family should have had more control over him. Why was he allowed to be walking around by himself if he was suspended? Sounds like the typical environment where the kid has no parental oversight.

interesting...I still thought it would be treated as capital gains. It looks like he doesn't have the automatic sells active these days anyway.

They have zero debt problems considering their cash flows. They have $500 million in cash and that number grows every month. We just had 2 large acquisitions in the last 2 years.

    Profit Margin 7%
    Operating Cash Flow $222 Million
Levered free cash flow $267 million

I have zero concern for the long term debt since the cash levels will be coming up over the next year and debt levels will slowly shrink. Maybe in another 3 years we will be back to investment grade debt.

He had automatic sells in place which is that tax loophole that allows companies to pay part of the salary in stock and you just turn around and sell it at a lower tax rate. He did buy stock personally a month or so ago, so it isn't like he doesn't have a personal interest in NCR. I'll have to look at his holdings, but I think he owns over $10 million worth of NCR.

Anyway, the company is on the right future path. If he doesn't execute over the next 2-3 years, I'll agree. Right now he is making the acquisitions to put us in a better future position. Right now the stock is suffering just due to debt levels (which are manageable). NCR has over $500 million in cash and that number will grow. The revenue will grow every year for the next 5-7 years. We are in a long term cycle of upgrades across the product lines that NCR offers.

Not looking forward to the next earnings to be honest, but I like the future of NCR. I have well over $100K worth of NCR and planning to hold for at least 5 years.

Pension Frozen- Most companies are moving away from pensions because they cause too much liability.

401K cut - What was it and what is it now?

No bonuses - What was the bonus structure before? Profit sharing?

Trying to get as much info as possible to bring your concerns up.

  • Outperform rating and gave it a $44.00 stock price which I still think is very low.

I'm planning on making my voice heard. I'll bring up concerns about the plan stock plan and anything else that is a real issue.

To me the stock plan is a win-win. It makes no sense to pull that back to 5% discount and not have employees be owners of the company.

Based on valuation and growth, management is doing things right but it sounds like they have some items to address for employee engagement.
