Actually, if these boards are any indication, UNDERSTAFFED with competent people.

He's like C*oldone and others on this and other boards - just a nut case - not a scammer. Easy enough to put him on IGNORE as I have done with C*oldone and all of his alternate ID's.
As a shareholder, I'm more concered with the cyber criminals who make their home on these boards. I think we need a forensic audit (conducted by someone OTHER than Yahoo's CPA - PricewaterhouseCoopers) of the entire department and all the employees responsible for these boards would be enlightening. -

a shareholder stood at the annual meeting and asked the "suits" and the outside CPA (PricewaterhouseCoopers) why Yahoo continues to play host to gang of cyber criminals whose posts attempt to steal from Yahoo users and paying advertisers?

The finance boards get targeted advertising because the advertisers are to stupid to realize that most of the users here are either timewasters with multiple ID's talking to themselves, serial scammers or political posters.
I suspect these other boards bring absolutely nothing to Yahoo. -
