You forgot to deduct the incompetent management and useless board of directors discount of $20 per share.
Just received a call from Verizon Long Distance Service. Last month, I called Canada 1 time for a charge of $1.05. For only $4.95 per month (plus fees and taxes), I can reduce my international rate to $.05/call.
Question:- If Verizon's marketing dept. has software that will detect a SINGLE international call from a subscriber and target him for a sales call, why can't they detect literally millions of daily calls from Credit Card Services and cut them off? Follow the money...
In the last few years, we have reduced our home Verizon land lines from 3 to 1 and dropped all prepaid call plans. Our bill has dropped almost 80%. We keep one land line for: emergencies; outgoing 1 800 calls; conference calls where we need a good speaker. Virtually all of our incoming calls come from the Verizon - permitted telemarketing scammers.
Many people in our apartment building have dropped land lines entirely. I'm guessing that your grandchildren will ask - what's a dial tone?
And no, we do not own Verizon stock.
Forget the federal govt. Its called "follow the money". I cannot imagine that Verizon is so technically lame that they can't figure out where these calls originate and stop them from entering the network. Of course, if they are getting paid to carry the calls ....
Slowly died. Going back tomorrow for an exchange. This company has serious problems.
Based on the number of phone calls we receive, these bottom-feeders seem to be Verizon's largest single paying customer. When they are finally put out of business, Verizon's revenue and profits will drop like a stone as well they should. When you lie down with dogs ....
Because you are a bottom-feeding scammer trying to advertise for free on Yahoo and for once, Yahoo is doing its job deleting these offending posts!
If you want to advertise your web site, pay for it.
Certainly the board for Yahoo is operating "normally". Lots of unsubstantiated opinions, many from the same person using multiple ID's. Occasional touting of a stock market letter. Absolutely nothing of any value for anyone who either owns Yahoo or is thinking of buying it. Absolutely normal.
HEADLINE: Bottom Feeder advertises stock market letter for free on Yahoo.
The absurd posts have been going on for years. NOBODY is going to buy Yahoo. It isn't for sale. If it were, the Board would want more than anybody would pay.
This is a poorly run, me - too, company. The only thing holding up the stock price is Baba and I suspect that shareholders will see very little from that because the Board will spend the money on useless acquisitions and bad hires.
Interesting. Many Google hits about this company's penny stock price (many of them paid for) but NOTHING about its business, earnings (?), sales (?) , prospects (?), etc.
Mr. pasneuloygroup1987 - your post is pure trash. It doesn't belong here.
Are you going in there to break up the company? These people aren't about break up. They aren't about giving anything to stockholders. They are about empire building - overpaying for acquisitions.
