Just what the company wanted. Kim is happy now.

Like this company just doesn't give a dam when it comes to investors. Salaries is all they care about.

Why does the BOD allow this to continue? Certainly they have a responibiity to shareholders to protect them from the Tokman's out there. This has been a 10 year silence. The company has never supported the small investors here.

They want retail investors gone. Too many shares out there being traded for nickles and big funds can't buy this cheap due to restrictions. Retail financed this company during development and now they have little use for small inivestors, hence sold out. They are under the influence of the bankers who see the potential now that we are leaving the start up stage and entering the big arena. Just my take on what has transpired here over the past few months. They will drive the pps down to scare out the small investor who can't take seeing their nickles and dimes evaporating and not understanding the game. They are easy shares to acquire.

I base my opinion on the fact that we had great momentum and were getting noticed by a lot of people with respect. The awards were worth a nice bump and we aren't getting any premium for any of our accomplishments, pipeline, or execeptional management or progress building a next generation Pharma Giant. Yes, the rotation is having its effect, but this seems to be a lot more. Hope you're right though. I would love being wrong.

If you make a few bucks or more shares it is called soft bashing. I have taken 30% off myself and I have been called the same. Will buy back soon with a nice chunk of additional shares for the same money. We are evil to a lot of folks here.

The tech is still the greatest and INO will be the best in class. The only change I see is that Dr. Kim and the BOD have lost control of the company to the big money gang. They no longer call the shots. From enough cash going forward to issuing new shares to an RS within 60 days says it all. Dress it up any way you like to make it paletable, but it won't change the facts, we were sold out for bigger paydays.

Of this action until we know the total damage of the RS.This is not all Sector rotation.

All is good. Spent 38 years at the lazy B in flight test. My holdings in this company were just over 10 %. A little more than I usually do on specs. Tokmann was convincing back in '09 and '10. Will I ever get my investment here back? I actually didn't think so and wrote this off. Now looking for the patents to be worth something to a big money company that can make this tech work. Sony convinced me that big money can take this much higher. $5 for the company would be acceptable to me after all this time with Tokman. The tech is worth a lot in the right hands, I just doubt his are the right hands. Holding 25k shares at this point so you can see I have invested more than that and am underwater. Love the tech and would like to see it out there in use, and I don't care if it is a HUD on a scooter. Just want to see it somewhere.

You got it dude. Kim knew what was going to happen and that grinds my butt. Hold if you want, the science is good. I prefer to trade a bit. All will be good.

    Ridiculous, utter nonsense

Why would he say anything, he already told the world he wants retail gone. This is how it works. He used us, he is done with retail. We are a pain in the #$%$ now. They all know what is coming news wise and they want their new holders and their friends happy. You smile and talk nice to retail when the clouds are dark and you need their money. When you start to see the sun through the clouds, it's time to move on to big money and the benefits they afford you. Not hard to understand. Another month before he gets fired up again, and that will be for the authorization for the RS. Tough sledding forl us longs in the mean time, but good trading ops.

  • stillinshock stillinshock Apr 14, 2014 2:30 PM Flag

Real pity. I trusted management and what they indicated to shareholders but knew what he was doing and to whom when they issued the RS mandate. Knew what was going to happen and sold one third. I intend to buy back, but this is early in this cycle and the direction is where Dr. Kim wanted it to go. I stated before that he was done with retail, he has used us to his advantage and now it is time to move on and got taken to the wood shed by some of the die hard longs. It is the price of growth unfortunately, and even if it is painful for Dr. Kim, he has 12M shares (at least) to think about. Dr. Kim and the BOD are looking out for their shares because they know what is coming. If you got in at under a buck you will be able to withstand the onslaught we will see over the next month. If you got in around 2 bucks you are taking money off and looking to buy back later. That hang on to your shares nonsense is only for the penny buyers. INO will be a great company and worth a lot for those who can adjust. Good trading folks.

    A new week for Microvision

You don't have to be sorry for me. I am living quite a good life here on the Chessapeake Bay with my wife. Grand kids every weekend for fishing and crabbing. Retired brom Boeing 14 years ago at 58 from trading a 401k. Spent yesterday and part of today at Revel in Atlantic City, too windy to enjoy the beach so we came home early. Depending on the weather later in the week, golf is in the forecast with other retired friends. If MVIS ever gets going I will be spending my winters in Ft. Meyers Florida and will stop renting down there. Only thing ugly I know is Alec Tak'em who has done a good job of doing just that. My best wishes to you and hope you have as nice a life as I have had. Try some quality companies like BA and GLW, you know dividend things, they make this interesting and not something to agonize over. Good Luck.

You are quite the clown. A real show with your sexual and mental faults and fascinations on trannies. You are at least amusing and often a real laugh. How did you meet your mentor Alec Tak'em, in one of those mental units? Hang in there though. I am pulling for you and the bafoon, just once is all, JUST ONCE.

And their micro vision, and micro management with their micro PR's, and micro revenue, and their micro contracts, and their micro, micro etc.

  • stillinshock stillinshock Apr 13, 2014 11:50 AM Flag

My point is that big money gets their way, one way or the other. They have too many tools in the box and too much influence on the BOD's.

  • stillinshock stillinshock Apr 13, 2014 10:25 AM Flag

THis is how it always works. INO is perceived as potential hot property and it is time for the big money to take their place at the table period. They will arrive one way or the other. What we have to decide is weather or not Dr. Kim is asking for the RS on behalf of the retail folks that supported this company through the tought and questionable times or are the funds are Making Dr. Kim and the BOD dance to a slightly different tune for their benefit at our expense. I personally feel that it will make little difference in the long run if we are what I think we are and we are about to find out. RS now or later is in the cards, that is for sure. I suppose this is the price we pay for growing up and being great, I just wish they had been a little more upfront with retail with a more detailed prospectus for us to chew on. You just don't go from saying "grow the company organically" to and RS in 60 days without a better explaination or a better road map to let us see the advantages better. I know I am voting NO at this point and will keep an open mind as I wait for May 15th to perhaps shed more light on who picked up the offering. That may influence my decision a bit, and the company still lhas time to do some reconsidering and PR if they want a slam dunk.

I'll feel better about the RS when I see who the buyers were on May 15 or sooner. That will cast some light on who is interested and many will make their decisions based on that. JMHO
